I received an educational Archicad license from this company. And I have been unable to use it because the required login credentials were never provided.

The license information I received is incomplete, which makes activation impossible. I have tried multiple times to contact customer support by email to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response.

At this point, I have paid for a product that I cannot use and have been unable to get any assistance from the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I would be happy to update this review if the company contacts me and resolves the issue.

Soms is de software niet leverbaar vanuit hun leverancier. Je hoort dan een aantal weken helemaal niks en krijgt ook geen antwoord op je mail! Plotseling krijg je dan een bericht dat je je geld terug ontvangt en dit gebeurt dan ook werkelijk.

Zeer slechte ervaring, niemand neemt de telefoon op.
trage onduidelijke reactie op email.
De licentie is gedeactiveerd , we krijgen vage inloggevens van andere gebruikers (dus niet op onze eigen naam) die ook niet werken.

Bedrijf reageert niet op mails of whatsapp. Vage onderwijs licentie gekregen, dus helemaal niets officieels op naam.

The licenses are fake and there is no reply after paying for a licence, you get a mail with half of the info you need to download the software and then nothing happening. No reaction from email or whatsapp. Dont buy from this site

Niet meer en niet minder je krijgt wat je koopt en het werkt.

I bought a license for autocad, it expired in 4 months.
i tried to contact Cadsuite365 a few times but I get no response. This supplier is a waste of money and time.

After a few weeks I got a reply and they renewed my license

Stap voor stap uitleg ontvangen. Geen technisch gedoe of onduidelijkheden.

Geen problemen gehad, alles werkte meteen. Prijs is top.

I purchased an Archicad license from this company and the experience was deeply disappointing. The product I received was an EDU version, which is not suitable for any professional work. This version adds watermarks, limits exporting and copying, and cannot be used in a commercial workflow. None of these restrictions were mentioned in the product description.

I contacted the seller immediately, explained the issue clearly and requested either the correct commercial license or a refund. They never replied, ignored follow up messages and provided no support at all.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this seller. Lack of transparency combined with lack of customer service makes the purchase feel unsafe and unreliable.

Software aangekocht. In het begin werkte het even, daarna veel wijzigingen in de licentie die continu werd gedeactiveerd en dan weer bij een ander bedrijf ondergebracht. Uiteindelijk werkt de software niet meer.

Wees dus gewaarschuwd, soms kun je goedkoop uit zijn, maar het kan dus ook duurkoop zijn. Slechte service in elk geval van hun kant uit. Gelukkig zijn er betere alternatieven.
