Their customer service and level of commitment after the purchase are basically nonexistent. I followed their own return instructions, waited the “2 business days” they promise on their website, and after more than 4 days I still have not received a proper response.
What makes it worse is that they say customers only have 30 days to return the watch, but before sending it back you are required to wait for their confirmation and Return Authorization Number… meanwhile they simply do not respond. So the entire process feels completely backwards and unreliable.
The watch itself also does not look like the photos online. The quality feels far below what they charge for it. Honestly, the only thing Cadola seems to do well is marketing — beautiful photos, nice branding, great presentation — but once the product arrives, the illusion disappears quickly.
These are watches trying very hard to look premium while not actually delivering premium quality.
On top of that, the return has to be shipped all the way to Hong Kong at the customer’s expense, which makes the entire experience feel even sketchier and more frustrating.
I genuinely regret my purchase and will continue trying to get a proper response from them.
