I had my first flying lesson at Sywell on Saturday after several weather delays, and it was worth the wait! The experience was brilliant from start to finish. Craig and the team were incredibly accommodating and kept me updated throughout.
​My instructor, George Ward, was first-class. His explanations were clear, professional, and he made the technical side of the aircraft easy to understand. I felt completely at ease and got plenty of hands-on time in the air. I can't recommend these guys enough to anyone looking to start their flying journey. A top-tier school at a great airfield!

INCREDIBLE! One of the best adrenaline experiences I have ever done. Craig was an amazing pilot, made you feel comfortable and safe and had a great sense of humour to go with it. Would 100% recommend anyone who was thinking about booking, don’t hesitate and get it booked. Thinking of booking flying lessons too after he lets you take the controls, such an amazing day.

I had an absolutely amazing trial flight with Cabaero Aviation at Sywell. I was given the chance to fly their Robin 2160 which made the experience absolutely amazing. My instructor was extremely friendly and made everything easy to understand, even though I felt nervous and excited 😅

The team at Cabaero is very welcoming and supportive, and my instructor also took the time to explain what to expect through my journey in PPL training. I enjoyed it so much that I have decided to join as a member and continue training!

I have been a very happy member of the club for a number of years now and love every aspect of it. From it's highly diverse fleet of aircraft to it's incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful instructors. I have had the pleasure of undertaking my PPL, Night and Aerobatic ratings with the club and have enjoyed every moment of it. Craig certainly knows how to get the best out of his students and ensures to make each flight memorable in it's own way! This combined with many social occasions makes the club all that more unique. These occasions serve as a focal point for people of all kinds of expertise and backgrounds, each flying for a different reason. It is incredible what you can learn from one another, making many friends along the way. Craig was incredible. I did the aerobatics experience & it was amazing! before we went up, he demonstrated what tricks we were going to do. in the air, he kept checking I was okay after he or I did the trick. I loved every minute.

Fantastic experience, the cloud lifted and up we went. Initially terrified, it turned into the best experience I've ever done. Many thanks to Craig (pilot instructor) and Lisa for looking after us. Would recommend the experience ( aerobatics), very professional.

Wow, Craig the pilot was just amazing. My husband had a beaming smile on his face when they landed after his 30 min exploits in the sky. The weather was perfect, the safety tuition brilliant, the flying and taking over the controls was exhilarating and he cant wait to go back and take our son this time.

I had the pleasure of taking a flying lesson with my son yesterday, each of us in separate planes, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The session was not only exhilarating but also highly educational, with everything conducted to the highest professional standards. Craig and George were exemplary instructors – knowledgeable, patient, and engaging – and they made the experience both memorable and inspiring. It has certainly left me tempted to return for more. Did the aerobatic flying experience, the Pilot Craig was brilliant. When I arrived, he went through all the manoeuvres with a model plane in his office explaining everything in great detail.
During the whole experience, Craig's enthusiasm for flying and aerobatics was evident explaing everything as we went.
Got to fly for a bit and do a couple of manoeuvres at the end.
Definitely recommend the experience of aerobatics with Craig at the controls.

My husband, Keven, bought me this aerobatic experience as a combined 77th birthday/56th anniversary gift. I have enjoyed various off the wall activities over the years since retiring but this latest adventure with Craig topped them all. I will admit to feeling nervous beforehand, but as soon as I was strapped in to the Robin`s cockpit, Craig`s kindly reassurance put me at ease. He briefed me as we got airborne, describing each manoeuvre as he performed it and instructing me where to look as we were spinning, inverted, rolling and stalling. His professionalism was impressive throughout and I would recommend anyone considering trying aerobatics to fly with Craig!

Aerobatic Flying Experience with Cabaero Aviation

What an incredible experience.

My instructor Craig was friendly, thorough and very patient.

At the briefing he explained some of the incredible manoeuvres we were about to perform. I originally thought that he meant that he would be doing them and then I would get a little go at the end.

I was WRONG

Shortly after take off he asked me to start controlling the plane and gave simple to follow instructions on how to get the best out of the flight.

He had no problem repeating information as many times as I needed, which was quite a few when we were about to perform staggering rolls and loops.

The experience of being upside down in a plane and looking upwards to see the ground was amazing as we performed barrel rolls. I was so impressed with the stability of the plane and how it could be brought to heel even after an over correction.

Craig had no end of enthusiasm to offer new and exciting stunts but after the incredible full loop, which I loved, my stomach wasn’t ready to do another. Craig was incredibly supportive and said we would just do whatever I felt comfortable with and offered that we flew through holes in the clouds.

It was like playing a real life video game and was completely surreal. We flew around fluffy mountains and sneaked through little gaps. Rather daftly I always tried to keep my wing from touching the clouds because they seemed like solid mountains. Of course they weren’t and the fun just kept coming.

We climbed and banked, we dived and turned with me in command and Craig adding the gentle adjustments when required with his dual controls.

My confidence grew and I was soon chucking the plane around at speeds in excess of 150 mph - absolutely stunning.

If you listen to Craig with respect he will give you every opportunity to do things you could never have dreamed of. He even let me take the lead on the landing which I was very excited about and was a complete success thanks to his extra input.

Wow - I’m not sure that I’ve actually really come down to earth yet as the whole experience was that intense.

If you’ve ever, ever thought you might like to try this unbelievable experience I wholly recommend Craig and Cabaero Aviation
as your best point of call.

5* experience! Booked this as an anniversary present for my husband and he thoroughly enjoyed his experience! Craig is incredibly skilled and knew exactly what to do and once my husband was confident he was able to do some manoeuvres himself with Craigs guidance and honesty well worth it! Also was offered to be able to have video footage of the experience and honestly so happy we got this from Craig! Can actually show friends and family what he was able to do. Thank you so much Craig!
