NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM IT!

I would give the merchant a negative value if the option was available.

I placed an order and paid for a dehumidifier on its website in mid-March 2026 but never received any acknowledgment. I thought the product might be on back order so I didn't think about it too much. As the ordered item was still not delivered after almost 3 months, in early June, I sent an email to Bytech's customer support to inquire about the status of my order. I was told that the order was shipped and I need to check with the carrier although they never informed me of the carrier’s name and tracking number. I wrote back for the info and tracked the shipment on the carrier website. The tracking result clearly showed that Bytech only created a shipping label a few days after the order was placed but never gave the product to the carrier for shipment as the carrier is still waiting for the item to this day. Bytech repeated their false claim multiple times that they had shipped the order and refused to look at the tracking result. It is very clear that this Hong Kong-based merchant (Bytechlabs.net) is a sham so DO NOT BUY anything from it! I wish I had read the customer reviews before placing the order.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! I bought a pair of binoculars from this company and not only did it take a long time to receive them, but when received, they were not as advertised. When I attempted to return them they stated I needed to ship them back to CHINA and it would take a long time to receive credit! What poor customer service!! AGAIN, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is clearly a scam. I apparently found some fake reviews. We purchased a dehumidifier and in 24 hours it only removed 3 tablespoons ( reducing it by 2 % ) of water from a room that has 78%humidity. We then used a Hisense dehumidifier and it dropped the humidity by 20 percent in 30 minutes with 5 cups of water.

I am trying to begin the refund process and do not hold out a lot of hope. Companies like this one make me want to stop buying anything from online stores as it is increasingly difficult to tell a scam from a real company.

I would offer a zero percent rating if it was an option.

I placed an order for a Bytech Smart Glasses by mistake, so about an hour later I sent an email to their provided support email address to request the order to be cancelled. I had to use the email because their website provides no options for cancelling recently placed orders. Regardless my effort, they shipped the glasses to me anyway. So, I will have to return the glasses and update this posting with their return process. If they don't take the glasses back, I'll file a complain with my credit card.
Be aware with Bytechlabs. Don't be fooled with their low prices, which are used to trap you. It appears that they just want to get your money. Don't make the mistake that I did. You've been warned.

DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I did not read these customer review prior to purchasing a smartwatch. The device doesn't stay paired and the runmefit app is useless. I received the product and have attempted to pair it with my android phone for calls and messages to no avail. This is falsely advertised as features of the watch but they do not work. Also, trying to initiate a return and refund you get hasseled with offers of 5 or 10 percent refunds and told you have to senditback to China. They don't even have a China address. Mine came from Rancho Cucamonga, Ca - USA. Contact your bank to file claim.

I received what I thought were going to be nice headphones and instead got a pair of cheap ones for $149.00. Typical bait and switch! Do not buy from this company!

I bought a set of earbuds from Bytech, which turned out to be not as advertised.

—The sound level was far too quiet. Even with the sound on my phone turned up to maximum, normal-volume conversations and environmental noises drowned out the volume of my audiobook.
—The fit is bad. They're advertised as having a superior fit to Apple airpods, but they are similar enough in design that they fell out of my ears if I turned my head quickly.
—The materials are substandard. The plastic of the case is thin and cheap, ensuring that it will break the first time it's dropped on a hard surface. The shape of the case guarantees that you will drop it.
—The battery life is not as advertised. The advertising says 6 hours, but it was less than 2. The problem is aggravated by the fact that there is no external way to tell the percentage of charge of either the battery or the case.
—The documentation is completely inadequate. The earbuds are billed as active noise canceling, but the only instructions in the leaflet that came with the earbuds were how to charge, how to answer/disconnect a call, and how to play/stop music. There is no documentation on activating or canceling the ANC feature.
—Their customer service is awful. I discovered all the above shortcomings on the very first day I had the earbuds, and I emailed the company to ask for a refund. I was told that they don't normally give refunds, and that if I wanted to return the earbuds, I would have to pay to send them back to China, which would be expensive and time-consuming, and offered me a 5% discount, although it wasn't clear whether "discount" meant that they would refund me 5% of my original purchase price or whether that 5% would be applied toward a new purchase. We exchanged emails for 6 days, and each time their email was a word-for-word copy of the first email, but offering me a slightly larger discount.

Don't buy from this company!

I am sorry to even rank 1 star. This is a scam and should be avoided at all cost. Follow notification of shipment, the trackikink had no indication of shipment. After days of trying to contact the company said they would not halt shipment. Now they say I have to pay for return shipping (if it arrives at all). I have a bank dispute in process and have learned a good lesson.

This website review summary is exactly what I’m experiencing! Bytech has a great marketing team that BS’s their products specs making them sound much better than they actually are.

RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Luckily they only stuck me with $140 of crap equipment.

Took my money for binoculars, did not send me the product.

Terrible, they are in China and will not allow me to return product. I paid $160 and it’s not working. They offered me a 5% return and advised me to give it to a friend as a present! A broken gimbal!

This outfit is a total scam.I ordered an item and was told that it could not be delivered to me and was asked by them if I wanted to cancel the order.I did at that time cancel the order only to find out that they keep a percentage of the total for them not being able to deliver the item in question.Absolute SCAM!!!!

Customer service is non existent.
Products blades are too short and render the unit unusable. The stings are way to short and dont even trim grass....stay away from this company as they are based in China...Try to return the item and they just keep sending automated emails that solve nothing

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

If you are reading these reviews, it's safe to assume it's because you had the exact same experience with a product that can't be returned because their China "customer service" refuses to provide a return address and keeps auto-spamming their 5%/10%/.../30% refund offer.

If so, I'd suggest the following which got me 100% of my money refunded:
1) DO NOT accept their offers (unless you are really ok with a partial refund)
2) Make sure your e-mails clearly show that you initiated the return request within 14 days of receiving the product (per their return policy on their website)
3) Also make sure you clearly stated what was wrong with the product
4) Contact your bank and issue a dispute (typically through their website)
5) Upload your e-mail thread and any other relevant documents (like tracking info showing when you received the product)
6) Wait patiently and get fully refunded! :)

Once you have initiated the dispute, don't bother responding to customer service anymore. And don't worry about Bytech "closing a ticket" on their end. That will not matter for the bank dispute process.

I ordered these and quickly realized I had been duped by a totally fake online review. Tried to cancel the order immediately and was told they could not cancel, but do not worry you can return them once they arrive. They show up and I inquire about a return. Was told they will not offer a shipping label and shipping to (you guessed it) China will be very expensive and I should keep them to give as a gift. Do not buy these unless you want to waste $149 on a pair of $20 headphones.

Ordered speakers based on what was a phoney rating from a scam web site. The speakers would not work and I tried returning them an they said I would have to pay to ship them back to China, and they would then decide if I should get my money back. I wish I had checked here first, watch out for scam rationgs.

I bought a wireless speaker after reading what was likely a paid review. It is very poor quality. I have since found many others of better quality at near 1/2 the price. Don't buy Bytech labs products.

My wife bought this watch and no longer needed it as it doesn't do the type of functions she needed it for. Tried returning the unopened box and found out it needs to be shipped back to China!l Also every review said it should sell for around $30-$50. We paid $139. We should have done better research before buying.BUYER BEWARE!

Bought a Bytech Health & Fitness Smartwatch for $139.00 USD. I decided to pay more than I usually do for a smart watch, but I was taken. My step counter only records half the steps taken, seems there is no way to fix it. The company offered a 5% refund which is a insult. Do not trust this company. Before I purchased I noticed it had good review ratings but that also must be a scam.

I bought the 4k dash cam. The product arrived with incomplete installation instructions and zero instructions on how to setup (format sd, pair to phone app, etc). Through emailing the customer service they were able to walk me through what their manual should have told me about the hardware installation and initial setup but they were completely incapable of helping me with pairing it to my phone so I can't even use the app.
