I've ordered a few pieces over the years and have been lucky enough to receive some as gifts. One of my 'wave' earrings broke recently (ordered Dec 2025) and I've really struggled to get a response from the company. I got one two days after first reaching out (fine) then didn't get another for 6 days, now 6 days later again I've tried chasing via email and instagram to no response. This is so frustrating as the cost is quite high for these pieces.

On a previous order one of my earrings also arrived unable to lock closed and I was advised to bend it back into shape. Again, for the cost I think this is really disappointing.

I also have two necklaces, one of which the chain snapped on so have been wearing the charm on a much cheaper chain.

In summary, I've found the quality of the pieces to be considerably lower than it should be, especially at such a high price point. The customer service has also been poor, and it's so sad as some of the designs are so lovely! Would not recommend this brand

Beautiful earrings and fast postage

Total scam. Placed order over a month ago. Got a confirmation that order was placed. Never received my ring. Money came out of my account, tried to contact them several times and absolutely no response. Will never shop there again

Earrings bought as a present. Arrived quickly and in a presentation box. Recipient was very pleased with quality and wore them straight away.

Recently quite disappointed - I have always liked this brand, and live in my earrings and necklace - however i bought myself one of the signet rings a month or so ago following the birth of my son, and the gold is wearing off already.

Best set to wear and you can mix and match sizes! Love these 💗
