The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone XS which arrived with a faulty display. So I initiated a return and posted the iPhone back to Buyur. Matt from customer services contacted me to say that the iPhone was faulty because I’d dropped it when I received it, and that it was all my fault. I spoke to Matt on the phone who was completely unprofessional and tried to bully me down the phone line saying it was I who was trying to short change Buyur by returning them a faulty iPhone, when it was clearly the other way round.

Further emails to customer service representative Alex did nothing to resolve the issue. Put simply: Buyur don't care about their customers.

Buyur don't seem to understand that the burden of proof is on them to prove the iPhone wasn't faulty when they shipped it to me, not the other way round.

I will never buy from Buyur again. I strongly urge others to avoid this business like the plague.

Phone arrived with numerous scratches and a greasy plug.
Buyur first questioned if the phone has been used (despite the return request being made immediately) the asked for proof by pictures. Now they are refusing to cover return postage because they don't have proof it is scratched. They have failed on all accounts: - selling faulty goods, refusing to accept return of faulty goods and finally making the consumer pay for cost of return of faulty goods.
You might be wasting a lot of time if you buy from them.

This is our first order from this company excellent prices and very quick delivery with just the right amount of communication could not fault the service in these challannging times. The selection of items is perfect with very good prices, easy to find the items you are after.

Purchased a refurbished iphone in good condition.

I ordered a Plustek film and slide scanner, 24 hours later it arrived at my address. Shortly after placing the order, someone from Buyur contacted me by phone to check that it was me purchasing the item and not someone who had got hold of my details. This obviously protects Buyur but also protects me as the card holder, nice to see this extra layer of security. I will certainly buy from them again.

First time I have ordered from Buyer, I ordered new mobile phone at approx 17.50pm and the phone was delivered at about 09.30 the next morning.

The Epson Expression Home XP-3100 Printer that I ordered from Amazon was sent to me by a company called Buyur and was left on my doorstep in the manufactures box. Anyone walking passed my home could clearly see this item had been left outside my property and could have easily have been stolen without me even knowing that it has been delivered. I have no receipt and no invoice for this product and without those two documents I am unable to get this printer registered with Epson for their guarantee. I have spoken to two Amazon representatives on two different occasions of which they have logged my complaint to Buyur and have been told to wait 2/3 days for Buyur to reply. Both those time periods has passed since I first made my complaint about this matter without a response from Buyur. Today being the 18 October 2020, I have made a third complaint to Amazon and have written a short report to Buyur as I have not heard from Buyur and yet again I am told by Amazon I have to wait another 2/3 days for Buyur to reply. Buyur has not replied to any of my previous complaints I made to Amazon and I consider Buyur is a company that does not care and totally ignores customers complaints especially once they have sold a product and I would not recommend Buyur to anyone.

Good value, good delivery, well packed; - excellent buy

Well I received my phone yesterday morning as I was told, it took just over 30 hours to get to me which I was very pleased about.. the phone is in near perfect condition. I was sceptical because of bad reviews I had seen but I am very happy with Buyur. Their customer service is great and they obviously know what they are doing with their gadgets so don’t listen to any bad reviews that you see otherwise you mite miss out on a bargain as the iPhone 6 s I bought is well worth the price. I will definitely use this company in the future when I decide to upgrade to a better model. I definitely give Buyur a Five star rating 😊

I am always a little worried ordering for online items as I have been conned in the past..But not this time my item (Xbox one controller) arrived within two days of ordering it great..also there is lots of info emailed to let you know your parcels progress..I would definitely use this company again...No worries

Paid for expedited delivery on Saturday, had to call them on WEDNESDAY to ask if there was a problem as my order was STILL showing as ' picking '. Don't think i'll be using them again
