After submitting the online form, I got an email with a price, phoned them to book collection.
Worked around the time I needed, came and looked at the bike didn't even haggle. Was a bit worried as bike was in finance and they do not pay before taking the bike, but next day the finance was paid off. Would use again

Fantastic service from this company, can't believe there are only 3 other reviews on here!! This company is miles ahead of the other bike buying services out there. I put in the details and provided some photos and shortly after received a very reasonable offer which was a full £1,000 more than the others were offering. Took a week or so for the courier to come and collect the bike but he was a really good guy and the whole operation was smooth and professional, no haggling or knocking the price down, he turned up on time and the money was paid into my account almost immediately.

In these days of poor service and in the face of other similar businesses who are just out to make a big profit by feeding off peoples desperation to sell quick, this company stands out from the rest.

Amusingly, there is a review for rival webuyanybike, which slags that company off and recommends Buymybike!

After receiving quotes from the other big bike buying companies, I requested a sale quote from Buymybike for my bike, and received a very prompt response. I spoke to Steve and a price was agreed. He arranged to collect the bike the following day and took account details to arrange payment.
Steve arrived at the time arranged. Very professional, checked the bike and paperwork prior to calling to authorise the transfer of funds which took seconds to appear in my account.
I cannot fault this company, everything was professional, slick, polite and hassle free.
