Good overall service but response to contact page on web site and email was overlooked or slow.

Top box was sent out the next day and arrived the day after really helpful all the way through but would like to be able to call and have a chat about the product

I sent a query in via the online form regarding stock levels on a Top Box. A member of the team replied quickly and said that they had stock and could get it out today if i ordered before 13000hrs. 1255hrs the order was placed and it rocked up the next day as promised. Really happy with both the product and the service, thanks.

Just bought and received Apduro panniers and top box from MotoWales for my BMW R1300GS. Very helpful advice on the phone when deciding exactly what items I needed. Good updates when the delivery was being despatched. Only grumble is UPS kept telling me they were arriving on one day and then rescheduling to the next day. Items came very well packed but I assume we have Apduro to thank for that!!?? They are really lovely boxes, very pleased with them.

Booked in to have some Denali lights, dashcam and another electronic device hardwired to the bike. The devices were fitted while I waited and took a whole day to fit.

The quality of the lights are great and they are very bright, you do get noticed by other motorists. The wiring is top class and all tucked away neatly, I was glad to have them professionally fitted.

At busy times they do take a few days to get back to you.

I would recommend motowales and I would use them again.

First time of using Motowales and given I was spending a significant amount of money I was apprehensive. However all was well and my purchase was absolutely fine. Good product but manufactured by Denali. Delivery time of 10 days was rather slow.

Superb service and super quick delivery. I ordered the wrong item, but a quick e-mail and without fuss they were able to change before popping into the post. That's great service these days.
