Nightmare Cancellation of Subscription
After finding no way to cancel my subscription on the website, I contacted customer service by email - the only way given to contact the company and asked for the cancellation. I received a reply that they would take care of it - but they didn't. After seeing a new shipment, I contacted them about the problem. I'm now more than 10 emails in, and the latest offered to "help" me terminate through their system, but did not include any links or other information about how to do it.

My family loves the gum and toothpaste

My family loves the gum and toothpaste! My son wouldn’t brush his teeth with any of the natural toothpastes I was buying until I found Larine. He’s always asking for Larine gum over crappy store bought stuff now. VERY HAPPY 😊

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Larineco Gum. I initially placed an order for $39, which was advertised to include two free gifts that I never received. Without my authorization, I was then enrolled in a subscription (“Smart Plan”) that I did not sign up for, resulting in an additional charge of approximately $70.
When I reached out to customer support, I was informed that refunds are not provided for subscription orders, despite the fact that I never knowingly agreed to enroll. I also did not receive a refund under the advertised 30-day guarantee for my original purchase. To make matters more frustrating, one representative offered a 25% refund, while another later contradicted that statement and said that option was not available. The inconsistency and lack of accountability from the support team were very concerning.
In addition to the billing issues, the product itself did not meet expectations. The gum loses its flavor within about 30 minutes, becomes hard, and I did not experience any of the advertised results related to dental improvement.
Overall, this experience has been very disappointing, from the product quality to the lack of transparency in billing and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others to review all terms carefully before purchasing.

Avoid at all cost

Quick version: stay away
Long version: placed an order then decided I made a bad move and immediately emailed to cancel the order and my subscription. Like within 20 minutes. Got a response back along the lines of "sorry to see you go....." so I thought all was taken care of. I never received any shipment, which i was not expecting to because of the cancelation. Now a month later, another charge hits my credit card. I contact them and get the absolute worst customer service ever. It has to be some sort of ai because I think it may be impossible to be that inept. Even though they admit to receiving my cancelation they still never canceled and refused to do anything about it. Plus, keep in mind I never received ANY product from them. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but at this point there's absolute no way I can think of that this isn't an outright scam operation. Avoid at all costs.

This company is so dishonest

This company is so dishonest. More on that in a second. I did try the gum. The flavours are nothing special and the flavour lasts a very short time before its tasteless. So you will go through a pack very quickly.
I attempted to modify my refill to several month intervals, however for whatever reason they sent me a refill after only a few weeks. As soon as I saw that the company had charged me again I emailed them asking to cancel the order. They refused. I told them I had attempted to modify the refill date, they still refused. Telling me once the order was shipped they couldn't stop it. They refused a return and refund. They claim to have hundreds (1480) reviews at average 4.8 stars on their website, yet there is no way to leave a review there. Thats a red flag in itself. I should have checked that before placing an order. This puts in disrepute all their apparent health claims. Now I see on trustpilot a "Warning" notice that the company has breached their guidelines. Trustpilot are one of the most reliable review companies out there. I have raised a dispute with my bank on the larineco charge. And they will not be able to charge my card again.

Larine mineral gum. No way to cancel

Surprised got email confirming another order that I never signed up for. I made every attempt to cancel before filing dispute with my credit card company. Every email (no other support) response said must cancel on website. I tried every conceivable way to do this to no avail. Never found any of the options they gave via emails to resolve online. Designed to make returns, refunds and cancellations impossible. Could not access any actionable options. Based on other reviews seems the company response is a standard meaningless statement they use most times but has no help or value.

A SCAM
On 5 February 2026, I made a one-time purchase on this website for a chew gum worth $90. I explicitly did not agree to any subscription or recurring billing. The order confirmation email I received at the time did not mention a subscription, auto-renewal, or any future charges.

Despite this, I was later sent a second order, which I neither requested nor expected. When I tried to cancel it, I found the cancellation process very unclear and difficult to locate on the website. I received a third bill, and after that, I complained to them, but they never refunded me for anything.

Your customer service sucks

Make a login tab, because I cannot login to make adjustments to “smart orders” without having to email someone and them sending me a link to login. And when I was notified I had a repeat order started, when I went to cancel, they told me I cannot do that once it has processed… this was within 1 hour of being notified, so I got stuck paying $130+ for 8 packs of gum.. when I told you I’m hurting financially right now trying to buy a car, you still turned me away, just wanted your money and f*** me I guess. So no, I do not recommend this company to anyone at all. And on a side note, I checked into the toothpaste before purchasing, the ingredients did not say anything about having SLS in it, but it does, that ingredient gives me bad mouth ulcers.

Cancelled my order and was told I didn’t do it on time, so they charged my credit card again and stated No refunds only for your first order and it would have to be within the first 30 days!!! What liars and thieves!!! They make it impossible to cancel and then send an order out AFTER YOU CANCELLED!!! Don’t buy this product if you don’t want to be overcharged for your next order!!!

Peppermint n spearmint

Love the flavor. So far my breath doesn't stink. My teeth n gums are sometimes sensitive n this gum does hurt to chew. I'm going to try to buy more when it's on sale. Thanx u for coming up with this gum.

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. Emailed a month ago to end my subscription and got charged again this month. Only email to contact the company and the are incapable of helping when requesting refund due to the fact they did not end my subscription the first time. When brought to there attention you get back a auto based message saying they can not refund due the there shady business policies.
