The insulation was cheap, thats a fact, but it wasn't delivered when it was scheduled and this was because buyinsulation.co.uk put a random address on it, why? Who knows? I tried to call buyinsulation.co.uk but the phone number just keeps getting cut off. Eventually I sorted the address issue through a very helpful woman at fedex and had to go to leeds to pick it all up. Then when I got home I opened the box to find the size of the pipe lagging was incorrect, the pick slip on the package was correct, so they had just decided to put some other random stuff in the box. What a disaster, I don't think I will be using this company again.

The insulation was delivered quickly and well packed. The size was 28mm bore by 19mm thick. This was for heat pump feeder pipes that the seagulls had pecked for their nests! I had no trouble cutting the lengths and the self sealing edges are easy to line up and stick, particularly as the outside of the insulation is quite smooth. A nice product and good value.

Good quality external pipe insulation at a great value price. Quick delivery but the delivery costs were a bit pricey but I suppose that is out of the company's remit.

This is the second purchase we have made, both times products arrived quickly and without damage.
External pipe insulation for 15mm and 1"1/4 works really well, self adhesive is strong enough to hold.

Ordered the pipe insulation with 2-4 delivery, and it arrived promptly, within 2 days. It fitted the pipes perfectly, and I couldn't have asked for more. Very happy with the service.
