No communication and never sent any update on my order. Ignored all my emails until I disputed the charge with my bank and continued to lie to act like it was my fault.

Japanese madai was good, uni was good until I found a piece of hair inside it..... and a piece of fish bone... hope this is not the usual.

As clarified in our email communication, the piece of material you found is part of the strings that was used to hold the Uni together inside the wooden tray. Rest assured that our products should not be containing any materials that would cause harm or affect the quality of the food.

Delicious and fresh uni. Prices are reasonable. Fast and prompt service and shipping. Wagyu is is also delicious.
