It’s my hard‑earned money of $9,500. The transaction was initiated on January 25, 2026, and after multiple follow‑ups, the app showed the status as Completed on February 18, 2026. However, when I checked my bank account, the amount has not been debited.

I also sent an escalation email to the support team, but I have not received any response. It has been 48 hours, and the money still has not reflected in my account.

My contact number is +1 732‑867‑4124. It would be a great help if someone could reach out to me and explain what is happening.

My transaction says delivered on 9th Jan but still the funds are not credited to my India account. No response from customer care. Any advice what needs to be done? Transaction for $4000.

It has been more than 10 working days and payment still not reached the bank account.Again and again date is changing in the apps.The service is pathetic and not reliable. There is no customer service number where I can check the details.

It’s a worst app for money transfer, my money is stuck from around last 20 days it showing processing and every other day they showing new dates for finish transaction. Worst service, I would never recommend this app . Also this is my request to whole Abound team that if you cannot process my money refund me back .They don’t even have customer service facility in their app it’s shows but it don’t work so after your money stuck you don’t have any options rather than waiting for processing or trying to contact with them through review . Worst experience.

My transaction got failed and nobody from
The support team is responding to my email . How can I get my money back . Request you to please help me out from this situation . It’s big amount for me .

Worst worst worst it is not even worth of giving 1-star. I would prefer to give 0 for this. Transferred amount shows as failed and no response received from customer care am not sure who can help me!

Worst experience ever. Sent money on 29th April. Today is 13th March and money did not get transfer. (amount deducted from my US bank account)

Horrible customer services. No one give any reply - just automated message saying they will get back to me in 24 hours. Still waiting for their reply on day 3rd.

Third class service . Truly disgusting customer service , they invest your money or eat your money and do not reply if you ask where is my money & why is it not transferred to my account , I transferred on march 4th 2025, Received confirmation from Abound transfer completed on 11th March 2025, but money not received in Indian account. Since 11th march I am following up but nobody knows where is my money all they reply we will get back to you in 8 hours & their 8 hours took march 11 to march 19. Till now I have not got my money nor they are transferring my money back to me . So don’t ever transfer from Abound they are cheaters . They will eat your hard earned money . Stay away from.

20 days to transfer

When you start the transfer, they say money will be there in your account within 2-3 days.
However this company didn't know the definition of 2-3 days.
I initiated a transfer on July 16 and today is July 26, no trace of money. Since Monday poor customer service is saying within 1-2 days your transfer will be completed.
I need to pay credit card bill and EMI.. they don't understand timelines at all.
