Great experience with BBE. They've helped in ways we didn't even know we needed, as well as long standing issues we weren't able to solve.

Been using BBE for about 6 months now and VERY HAPPY! They do a better job at many of the Amazon tasks than we used to do ourselves, and we are not bad ;-)

Our listings are all improved, some listing problems we have dealt with for years have been solved, and we have found them to have a very deep knowledge base and lots of talented people who have done a better job on managing our Amazon sales than we could ever do internally.

BuyBox Experts has been so great to work with. They are responsive and bring value and most importantly, Results to growing our business.

I don't know what I would have done the past two years on Amazon without the help of BuyBox experts supporting our business. From copywriting to graphic design and PPC ad campaigns and general online sales advice - I have nothing but good things to say about BuyBox and their employees. As a B2B and B2C brand combined, our company has unique needs regarding catalog work, and the entire team at BuyBox works their butt off to execute for us, and they always do it professionally and quickly. I've worked with a few different account reps over two years with BBE, but Serv and Gail in particular have been an absolute rockstars for us since we began working with them.

We have been fooled by BuyBox Experts, who manage to persuade us that they know more about Amazon selling than we do. Wrong. they did not know anything extra. We have been put thru 3 different account manger in one month, the second month we started to have a feeling that they actually know less about selling on Amazon than we do. It was a constant small task here and there, adjusting our inventory, every week we had a call with our account manager that was basically pointless, nothing we couldn't do without them. Nothing to improve our sales. After two months they finally started to work on our PPC campaigns, when I check the campaigns I could literally set them up by myself and it would be the same. Then I realize we are spending 3k USD a month for a weekly phone call with some guy who is basically useless.

We were clients of another Amazon PPC agency that was acquired by Buy Box Experts. Since the acquisition, we've doubled our monthly retainer, been through 4 account managers within two months, and have seen little to no work being done on our campaigns. Today they told us that they would need a revenue share on our TOTAL Amazon account, not just our paid campaigns. These guys have checked all the boxes for what to avoid in an agency partner, i.e. lack of performance, lack of communication, no follow through, and constantly trying to ask for more money to do the work that they are not doing anyway. Adios BBE!

After reading reviews, we may have dodged a bullet. I contacted them and set up a call with a service rep. He kept cancelling and rescheduling which did not start the relationship off well. Finally got a call (after so much time I forgot what they did), and was told they would do research into my industry, get back to me with action items and a proposal on going forward. Crickets. I emailed asking about the follow up. Crickets. Terrible, terrible customer service. If they can't handle onboarding calls, not a good indication of service after you sign with them. They apparently run hot and cold based on reviews. If they do work for you and pay attention to your account, you'll get results. The problem is, will they even pay attention to you, or just collect your money. Not willing to take the chance.

Would not recommend company. I could go on and on. Long story short they promised delivery and I signed a contract. They never delivered more than half of the promise and then wanted me to resign a contract again yet my amazon account had things still not finished. Going back over a year. They tried making excuses but then said this wasnt their specialty and said they would fix it. However still zero fixed and they no longer will fix because they say our contract expired. I could go on and on but please be careful. I lost thousands to projects not being finished and my amazon account in mayhem.

Avoid this company. I signed up with this company in October 2020 for them to look after Amazon USA and Amazon DE. In the 3 months i worked with Buy Box before i managed to get out of the 2 year contract they increased my sales by 36.
36 extra sales in 3 months after spending around $12,398.33 in their fees and advertising. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing. I wrote a letter of complaint and have had no response.
*Update* As you can see by the response some 10 months later save your money and go with a company that actually cares.

Buybox Experts had us sign onto a 6 month agreement filled with promise and deliverables. We terminated 1.5 months later.

Director Level Management admitted the company brought on more clients than their team could handle.
We were given an Incompetent Account Manager and team who failed on all aspects of delivery.
After 1.5 months and 6 revisions, we still did not have finalized infographics & written content. Grade school level work was presented with humiliating spelling errors that you would expect from a 5th grader.

I would truthfully advise every company to stay away from this agency and look elsewhere. Buybox Experts are trying to attract as many clients as possible to boost their internal portfolio and eventally sell the company.

A big waste of time, effort and money.

Buy Box Experts are truly experts in selling products through Amazon. We have used Buy Box Experts for the last 7 months and our sales increases show the value they bring.
We learned from experience that selling on Amazon is tricky and can be risky. Buy Box Experts helped us quickly resolve issues and avoid the mistakes that we had made on our own. We have own dedicated account rep who knows our Amazon business better than we have time to know it.
I highly recommend them.

I started by doing amazon sales myself. Eventually it reached a point where i needed expertise to get to the next level.

I could either teach myself a new skill, or pay the experts less than a part time employee to manage it for me.

Obviously I chose the latter and i'm glad i did.
