Hi,
We are truly sorry for your experience and we completely understand your frustration.

The delay you faced was due to unexpected customs clearance issues on international shipments, which unfortunately impacted delivery timelines. We agree that the lack of communication during this period was not acceptable, and we sincerely apologise for that.

Regarding the missing item: in some cases, orders are split into multiple shipments to comply with customs value limits. This should have been clearly communicated to you, and we regret that it wasn’t. The remaining item was not ignored, and we will ensure this is either delivered to you or fully refunded immediately.

As a growing startup, we are learning and improving every day, but that does not excuse the inconvenience caused to you. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are actively strengthening our customer support and shipment updates to prevent this from happening again.

Please rest assured — we want to resolve this properly. We request you to contact us once more at support@buy3x.com
or WhatsApp us with your order number so we can close this at priority.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and again, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
Team Buy3x

Hi,
We are genuinely sorry to read this and we completely understand your disappointment.

Regarding the Amla Water, we want to clarify that it is a water-based herbal formulation, which naturally has a very mild or no strong fragrance. That said, if the product did not meet your expectations, we fully respect your feedback.

Concerning the second item, receiving an incorrect product is unacceptable, and we sincerely apologise for that mistake. We also regret that our communication stopped after your refund request — this should not have happened.

Please rest assured, we are happy to issue a full refund immediately for your order. Kindly email us at support@buy3x.com
or contact@buy3x.com
with your order number, and we will prioritise this without any further delay.

We are a growing startup, and while we strive to serve our customers honestly, we clearly fell short in your case. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and we are actively improving our product checks and customer support processes.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope you’ll allow us the opportunity to resolve this properly.

Kind regards,
