Like the experience of many others, order accepted, confirmed and delivery date assigned. Item not received. Emailed and told, sorry unavailable. Refund to be issued 3-5 days.
That was in February. I have obviously been scammed 😡.

Please be aware of the very sneaky for photography that Buy3 website uses! I was tricked into buying six bottles of Garnier night time serum because it looked like they were the normal 30ml bottles that are sold everywhere. And they were about 30% cheaper so I bought six. When they arrived they were only 15 mls so I actually paid over the top!

I would avoid this website unless you can establish exactly what you're buying.

Bad experience, send wrong product, they told me they will refund my money back, I haven't received anything, and it has been few weeks now

I placed my order not realising it wasn't a UK based company. However I had emails throughout updating me at every stage and WhatsApp messages from dispatch to delivery. Came within 2 weeks which was quicker than I expected.

Scam website. Ordered an item and received an item which was not what the website showed). Contact customer service who responded straightaway to say they would offer a refund me for the 1 missing item (which I still haven't gotten). I told them I wanted to return the item because it was inaccurate website description and false advertising. I have been waiting over 2 weeks since my message for a response and still nothing. AVOID.

Placed an order tracking showed processed two days later showing item now not available tried to communicate by chat and WhatsApp but no response I am no trying to get a refund through my bank but not hopefully.communication is appalling

I ordered this on 10th Jan (now 5th Feb) said 5-7 days for delivery and still not received, Very disappointed

I placed this order on the 15th of December and have not yet received it so it is very difficult for me to give a review. I gave one star I would like to have given nought

Great platform to improve credibility of the business

Really bad website and completely fake. First order was fast and delivered on time. But for the second order they are not responding no communication. There is no option to cancel the order. No update no tracking. It is nonsense and making fool of the customers. Pls don’t buy from this site. I am sending them emails and asking to cancel the order and refund but no reply. They are thieves.

I ordered a an item item didn't even arrive at my place and when I contacted them they said item has been delivered and gave a tracking number that belongs none of the couriers in uk I didn't get a shipping confirmation email or delivery confirmation email a fraud company

BEWARE !! This is a scam … they don’t post anything

I haven’t received my order and apart from one automated reply I have had no response from my many emails and live chat messages. I think this is a scam and I am going to report them to retail ADR. Do more research before you buy from this company.
