I placed an order and never received the item. Tracking shows USPS found fraudulent postage used and confiscated the item. Contacted them twice with no response so I assumed this was a scam website and posted a warning review here nearly two months after placing the order. Very shortly after posting that review I heard back from them and they issued a refund. So your experience might be different and they will eventually respond if you have trouble. Placed an order for a customized costume. I sent email to check on the status and received a response that they would start production immediately and we would receive within 2 weeks. Wake up next day to order having been canceled by Buy-Cosplay

Do not buy from this company. Bad quality, definitely won't look like the image of the outfit.

Paid for express shipping (even tho it shouldn't have been necessary). Part of Halloween costume showed up three days late. The rest showed up in mid-November. And it is garbage. Will not accept return or respond. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

My costume showed up missing parts, and the quality was substantially lower than what it appeared on the website. They made it impossible to do returns, and they have not responded to any of my emails over the last 3 weeks.

We ordered a "Deadpool 3" (Deadpool Wolverine) Cosplay costume from them on October 7th. Website states 2 days processing and 8-10 days standard shipping.

Inquired about the order on October 11th. Was told it was finished but needed 2 extra days for accessories, and would receive it by the 23rd.

Finally received Shipping notice with Tracking info on October 15th.

Inquired again on the 21st, as the Tracking info was not changing. Told it would arrive before Halloween, the 31st.

Still had not arrived by the 31st. Told them to Cancel the order. No response.

It arrived late, after Halloween on the weekend. We had also paid extra for 2x 26-inch Sword Props, but they did Not arrive with the order.

We had ordered a standard adult size costume (medium), but the belt accessory is way too big to use. Like size 42+ waist.

Mask looks OK, but can hardly see through the eyes. It would actually be dangerous to wear out at night.

Worst experience ever. Scam China site.

I got a deadpool costume, dont like the mask, its basically a really thick ballon with eye mesh and no breathing holes but the costume itself is as described and pictured, im pretty happy with it... They guaranteed it would arrive by Halloween, it took 10 days to get to northeast victoria Australia, not bad...
As for the costume, I did all the measurements listed on their website and decided to go with the small, and I would say it fits very well I'm just a little to tall for it, I'm very visibly a male when I wear this costume haha, I suppose it's on point for deadpool. Overall I'm happy with it and I don't think all the negative reviews should scare anyone away from this site, if I read the reviews before buying I wouldn't have made the purchase. Just choose your size according to their size charts and you should be pretty happy with what you receive. Just buy the mask from somewhere else lol

Ordered a deluxe deadpool costume with the katanas. The mask that came was so generic and a rubber mask and no katanas arrived. I have attempted to contact them and they do not respond. I highly advise avoiding this company due to their lack of competence and lack of communication.

I paid extra to have the Terrifier costume fitted as.im 6ft 4inches tall. Costume arrived and was pleased.with quality but it does not fit at least 4 inches to short. The face mask was already torn and does not feel likea quality product that I believed I was paying for. Would never buy from this company again

Communication is the biggest problem here no tracking issued,no email reply .The costume arrived today and is a fantastic costume my son is delighted with his Assassins creed outfit ordered on 18th October so a few days to spare.Price was ok and quality worth it ,however as said communication needs to be improved.I also used paypal for buyer protection.

Costume is NOTHING like the pictures. Arrived stained, the wrong size, late (after paying £18 for express shipping). Have contacted customer service multiple times for return and refund with no response. DO NOT BUY

Do not waste your time. Also bought a deadpool costume that looks nothing like the website. Paid a lot of money. And also paid for express shipping and the additional swords. Never came in on time had to cancel the holloween party. So upset now going through claim through PayPal. Do not waste your time and money people.

Brought a deadpool costume that cost me a lot of money for a party and also to do trick or treating with the kids. Tracking was really bad got given someone else tracking for a start so I had to keep chasing it up and nothing was clear or got answers I wanted. Eventually it turned up was missing some items starps wasn’t great and the worse of it was the mask it was so rubbery I can’t wear it or breath in it… I 1billion% do not recommend this site at all proper scammers these are…

Was told my costume shipped on Monday after ordering it Saturday. Label was created Tuesday and shipped Thursday arrived later than needed. Emailed them for a refund in shipping. They blocked my email.

I ordered a deadpool costume from here and was very concerned after seeing the reviews after I’d purchased. However I have to say the reviews I saw did not match my experience at all. I ordered the costume on 10/10/24 and it said 9-12 days delivery for standard shipping it came today which is 11 days from the purchase and everything was perfect. Sizing was great, quality was amazing. The only thing I would critique is that there aren’t any instructions so there’s pieces of the costume that im still figuring out where they go. Bare in mind these pieces are just straps so could be extras. The main extent of reviews on here seem to be delivery times so I’d say if your looking for a good quality cheap price costume compared to other places order from here but a fair bit of time in advance. Also I am uk based so it was 11 days to the UK if that helps from my experience. Also feel it is worth mentioning that I didn’t receive an email from either the costume company or the delivery company to give me any sort of tracking code I wasn’t aware it was coming today or if at all so it was a pleasant surprise to see it and it’s quality after seeing these reviews. So to sum up the costume is great and delivery time for me was as informed. However negatives would be that there wasn’t any tracking info and there is no instructions but the instructions is only a minor thing I’ve only quickly tried it on with spending a little bit of time you can probably work it out.

I wish I could attach pictures. I received the cheapest version of flattened fur in the ugliest off brown color you can imagine. The pieces were so thin it was a joke. The hood was not fluffly. It looked like matted mange on my head. The gray suit was thin plastic and the patch of fur was very small on it. The skirt is very short. The straps coming off the hood are creepy. Since you have to return back to China, it’s going to be a loss of your money. They offered me less than 1/2 of what I paid.

Perfect for displays and fits nicely! I'm 5'6 and I weight 126, this suit made me look perfect! Super happy about it and I would recommend!

I ordered a L size, and got it soon. The coat is exactly as I expected. The material is not fancy, but it's good enough, because the price is not expensive.

I finally received my costume, the quality is good.
I paid standard shipping, the website said that the shipping time need 7 - 9 days. But it took me 11 days from placing the order to receiving the package, I'm not very satisfied.
I suggest friends choose express shipping if you need it urgently!!!
