What can I say usless not interested at all left waiting for a viewing no show for the second time even though went in office to arrange apparently lost the keys

Marcin was a absolute legend with my application, made everything straight forward and easy and does well for a young lad, well done marcin!!

We had a viewing tonight we were met by a lovely young man called marcin who was very helpful polite and happy to do his job, even though the house was not for us I would most definitely use this company again for there professionalism and help.

On the 22 December 2022 I was telehoned to be informed that the property that I Let in Shavington Cheshire had suffered from flooding due to a burst water pipe.
Claire Jinx has been most helpful in arranging help at the property, liasing with contractors,liasing with the insurance company and Cheshire East Council. Considering this was taking place over the Christmas / New Year period. I have been most grateful for this assistance especially as I live 200 miles away in Devon and cannot just "hop in the car and pop round the corner "

We viewed a property to let back in September and moved in shortly after, we were promised that a couple of the issues around the property would be resolved by the time we got the keys. On the day of moving in, the damp in the living room had not been resolved instead a piece of MDF had been glued to the wall to cover it up and none of the other issues were resolved as well as new issues including a hole in the bathroom ceiling, holes in the upstairs doors and paint all over the carpets. 5 months on and we still haven’t had any of the issues resolved despite countless attempts to reach out the BJB I have been ignored and my calls go unanswered. I have had a hole in my roof and windows that don’t shut all through winter when it has dropped as low as -9 outside we have had that chill flowing through our house but the staff at BJB do not care and do not want to help. I was pressured on my move in day to leave a positive review and I regret leaving it to this day. Despicable treatment of tenants, how can you leave another person in a property that is damp, full of holes and has windows that don’t shut ?

My experience with butters John bee has been amazing! Marcin dealt with myself he was the most helpful kind and down to earth person from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for a better negotiator he is amazing. I really appreciate the service I received from Marcin, nothing was to much and he communicated to high standards with myself any questions i had wasn’t to much for Marcin, everything was dealt with to perfection. Most definitely the most unprofessional and incompetent company I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with.
Whilst renting a property through Butters, I also tried unsuccessfully to arrange viewings/make offers on properties for sale with them.
The rental side is abysmal. There’s literally no communication between Butters, tenants and landlords.
No-one ever answers the phone, you’re left to arrange your own repairs/maintenance and they fail to turn up for appointments with no cancellation. There’s more but I’ll move on to the dreadful sales!
I put a best and final offer in on a house, more than 10% over the asking price, a very competitive offer. I was told there were 3 parties involved and all 3 offers would be put to the vendor by lunchtime and I would get a call later in the day. 5 days it took! I rang the office repeatedly, either to get no answer, be put through to the useless concierge service or be told the agent would return my call. His response when I eventually got hold of him? Oh sorry I thought I’d called you before the weekend!
Same agent arranged a further viewing with me, I arrived at the property to receive a call saying he’d made a mistake and he had no keys.
Next viewing, he turns up rifling through his pockets, he’d left the keys at the office.
Lastly I put a further offer in on a property, again over 10% above asking price. Unfortunately I was put through to the concierge service (waste of time) not one person followed up that offer!
Imagine if you were the vendor? Did they even receive my offer? Who knows?
Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely shocking service at the Crewe branch. We put an offer in for a property last week and apart from one 2 lined email confirming it had been passed on, we had no updates from the estate agent Ryan. We called regularly for updates but each time no one was free to speak to us but said they’d call us back as soon as they could. This never happened. After hearing nothing over the weekend (over 5 days later) we called again on Monday afternoon to be told the house had been sold on Friday. Not one person thought to email or call us to tell us our offer had not been accepted and if we hadn’t chased again we would probably still be waiting now! We have put a formal complaint in against the agent for his and the offices’ poor customer service but I’ll be very surprised if we get a response within the timeframe. Absolute waste of time and energy, I wish we’d looked at all the reviews first before arranging the viewing with them!

I would Question anybody putting their house up for sale with these.
They have not got the House seller's best interest.
Arranged a viewing at 17.30, Me and the wife turned up 7 minutes late due to traffic. No Agent.
Texted the Agent today to tell her of my disappointment said she left at 1740 (lie)
said somebody tried to ring us (lie) Funny that as she had our phone number ??

Having seen a property to rent, I was contacted by Corrie who made the process very quick, effortless and with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. I cannot praise her and the team highly enough and this was all done in under one week. Superb service, many thanks!

Rang up soon as the property come available on OnTheMarket to be told would need to contact the vendor to arrange the viewing not really heard of this before with a empty house said would ring me within 24 hours 30 hours later no call so friend rang for me and got a appointment straight away didn’t need to ask vendor put a offer in on another house back in September had to send Morgage in principle bank statement Id etc to then be told would go to best and final got the run around whilst ringing every day for updates to be then told it’s under offer how I’m not sure something isn’t right think they work with landlords who then use them for letting the property and today also rang about another house to be told you will get a text message to confirm viewing and nowt very much doubt the people selling these houses know what goes on with these cowboys in future I will just try and find the owner myself and put my offer in with them least I will stand half a chance

Hung up on me in the middle of the call after two weeks of trying to get on viewing.

How do these guys even sell anything?
We tried to view properties on 2 separate occasions, initially in 2020 and then earlier this week, just to be told the same thing: "we'll call you back to arrange a viewing". No call returned, no emails, no communication whatsoever. What does a girl need to do to view a property you're selling guys?!

If I could say 0 I would!! I have just left a property that I rented for 3.5 years & all I can say is don’t use butters John bee if you want to be able to contact anyone, they never have the relevant people to speak to you, take days/weeks to email you back and you can’t get any correct information ever. I have had numerous issues with contracts, communication & letters saying rent isn’t paid when it was always paid 5 days early. We loved living in the house & had a fabulous landlady who I communicated with on many occasions after lack of or no communication from butters John bee. Absolutely appalling they don’t have a clue what they are doing & can’t communicate to save their life. The final straw was yesterday after they sent me an email telling me I had rent outstanding after I left the property and I hadnt handed the keys over - the landlady was in the property when I called her to tell her about said email so that says it all. I am glad to leave the property and the hands of this awful estate agent!! I would not recommend to use this agent to sell, buy or Rent. I will never use again!!

Rubbish! They do not communicate and my queries are left unanswered.

We have just had our first inspection as tenents in 3 years due to covid restrictions. BJB were really accommodating when booking due to work restrictions. Natalie came round and completed the inspection, I was really impressed how thorough she was. She took loads of pictures and made loads of notes. I would definitely recommend BJB and Natalie services.
