Meant to do this sooner, but anyway better late than never...!

Ordered 5 beef wellingtons for Christmas Day, they were there, waiting for me to collect on the appointed day. Popped back in for cooking instructions (didn't see they were provided on the wrapping).

Friendly and very helpful staff, best beef wellingtons I've ever experienced. Will definitely be repeating again, and again, and again.

Good service especially as it was delivered to Scotland. Part of the order was wrong but it was quickly sorted with many apologies.

Great service! Responded to our order immediately, made us aware we had messed up our dates and then fit us in for the last day of Christmas orders.

I ordered a voucher & needed help finding it - James picked the phone up and talked me through the process- very helpful. The butchers is the best in Surrey/london *****

Unable to get to the shop due to a broken leg being able to order on line was great and knowing the quality will be as amazing as ever was a great relief to the stress of planning christmas for 12!!

I queried whether the rolled rib had bones still in....( I had been told by an 'expert' that if it was rolled there were no bones - and the 'expert' wanted the bones in)...a vey prompt and helpful reply resolved the matter....

Delivery on time as usual, wild boar and apple sausages were and are amazing as usual, thanks!

I order my Xmas Turkey online with James of Shepperton every year. I can see exactly what I am ordering, and the quality of the turkey is amazing.

It arrives well packaged with a full set of cooking instructions and the turkey tastes sublime.
