All positive
I like the Burncoose website - there are no annoying adverts so you can concentrate properly. We visited the nurseries 3 years ago and the advisers were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Beautiful slightly magical secret garden surroundings and good selection of all sorts of plants - the ceanothus we bought is thriving, despite the shock of moving 5 hours east to London. The Burncoose YouTube clips are really enjoyable too, if still there. Would love to go back.

About time…
Have complained many times about the downhill trajectory of Burncoose! From terrible plants to useless delivery.
Thought I would give them another try as it has been a long time.
Very pleased I did. Plants of excellent quality and very speedy delivery.
Well done Burncoose and long may it last.

I am sure their plants are good
I am sure their plants are good. However, the delivery company is failing them. I have ordered 3 magnolias which were £80 each and DX have failed delivery twice so far.
I am not sure if I will ever receive these and what they are going to look like after 5 days in transit…

My error - Burncoose efficiency!
I inadvertently placed the same order twice! I telephoned Burncoose and a very helpful lady quickly identified the two orders, cancelled one as requested and organised a refund. All very efficiently and without a fuss - thank you. And the plants are excellent quality too!

Excellent plants, shipping bit pricey but worth it
Our 3 x Dierama arrived in pristine condition, big enough to make an immediate impression so price is very fair for this slow grower. Burncoose shipping tends to be pricey but our two recent orders required large and sturdy boxes - rather that than damage we've had with one or two companies. Fantastic plant catalogue, highly recommended growers.

I have rently bought a number of plants from them which have been healthy, well packed and have arrived on time. The plant finder feels a bit clunky but there is a wealth of useful information available on their website
