Good purchase with a great product
Good purchase with a great product. Use caution though, FedEx Ground delivered my bumpers and then tried to bill me for a "lift gate" delivery. Had FedEx told me about this upcharge when they scheduled the delivery, I would have told them I had a tractor with the ability to unload a pallet. So far Bumpers Only has made good in dealing with FedEx. Since I do not speak whatever language the FedEx customer service rep was using on the phone when I called to question the bill, I am grateful for that.

We really appreciate you taking the time to give us some feedback. This is one way for us to check what needs to be done to correct things and what we need to do to improve ourselves.
The bumper you have ordered is built to order and delivery depends on the manufacturer's lead time. In your case, lead time is 4-5 weeks. On the missing parts, we immediately contacted the manufacturer so we could send what's missing the soonest possible. We have made several contacts with the manufacturer to make sure that this is addressed. We were able to send the missing brackets but unfortunately, for the lights, we were told in the end that they are not available and so we have to send a refund as per request.
We are very sorry for the trouble you have to go through and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenice this may have caused you.
Love my new front bumper
Love my new front bumper - When I decided I wanted the bumper I called and actually talked to a "human". They helped me make sure I got the right bumper at the right price. Now I want a rear bumper to match, and via e-mail I again received excellent service. Can't go wrong with bumperOnly.

I like the bumper but customer service was poor from incorrect information to no response back at all from bumpers only. Definitely stay away.

wrong license plate light
The license plate light that came with the bumper was the wrong item. I've contacted bumperonly and was told they would look into it. I've since sent two emails with no reply. It is illegal and an absolute ticket in Colorado not to have a license plate light. Unacceptable,

Purchased Ranch Hand front bumper for …
Purchased Ranch Hand front bumper for my Ford F350. The unit was priced best on the market at the time I looked for it. The unit was shipped and arrived as advertised. The bumper appeared to be wrapped properly but I assume due to the 350 LB plus weight some paint scratching took place on the unit. I called the manufacturer for a reference on paint at the recommendation of BumperOnly. Fortunately I had a professional shop do the install and they did the touch up for me to look as good as new.
I certainly dont blame BumperOnly for the scratches but would suggest they beef up the planned response to customers for a positive resolution as I would assume this is likely one of the top calls after sale.
I would use them again.

Several companies in my town would …
Several companies in my town would match there price. Add in additional free shackles and light and delivered to my front door and it's a no brainer, they're awesome! Called them once to check on my order and they were correct I had the tracking info already (it went to spam) but they helped me anyways. This company is great and have recommended them to several people.
