My bumper completely changed the look of my truck. It arrived within a week however the packaging needs improvement! D loops got scratched pretty good along with a few minor scratches on some of the edges. It did not come with shackles but, when I emailed them about that they sent some out and I received them very soon. All in all I’m happy with my purchase and the customer service. Thank you Bumper Only!

I ordered a Ranch Hand Legend bumper from Bumper Only and it arrived at my home in California in two weeks. It was obviously packaged very well for shipping and was in great condition. I had the original bumper on my 2005 Silverado off and the Legend put on in one hour. The Legend bolted right on with no fabrication as advertised. Bumper Only is a great company to do business with.

Returned a $2k purchase that was the incorrect product. Company refuses to refund the money 8 months later

I purchased an after market bumper for my truck that was about $2k. Due to the cost I used their financing company on their website call bread to purchase the bumper.

When the bumper arrived, there was no label or indication of the product so I attempted to fit the bumper to my truck. After attempting installing it, I called customer service and they stated the wrong bumper was sent and would not fit my vehicle. I arranged for them to pick up the bumper and send the correct one I originally ordered. It took about 3 months for them to retrieve the incorrect product, all while I was making payments for the financing.

When they received the bumper back, they stated it had been used and could not issue a refund or send the correct product without charging me again. Since they would not issue a refund, I requested that they return the “used” bumper so I could attempt to sell it privately. They have taken another 6 months to tell me the logistics company has thrown out the bumper and cannot return the item to me because it would have cost them warehousing fees.

I have continued to make the payments during this entire process as not to hurt my credit score but I cannot get anyone from the credit company or the company that sold me the bumper to understand or take my side. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and emailed anyone within the company leadership I could find online. At this point I don’t know what my other options are to get the purchase refunded and remove the loan and payments from my credit.

This bumper is unit. Bit more money than the other brands but the quality and finish male it more than worth. Will be purchasing the matching front at a later date

I was not buying a used bumper. I paid for new and they sent me a used bumper with no hardware and missing pieces, costing me more money. Also had to buy touch up paint because at the bumper was damaged during shipping. The pace of their customer service was horrible. It was up to me to get hardware, touch up paint
And keep filling up to make sure they attempt to make it right. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SITE, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY HAS ZERO CONCERN FOR YOU!

Playing bait and switch. Advertised a price with free shipping so I purchased a bumper from them now they are saying it will be an additional $250 for shipping since the bumper I bought doesnt include free shipping or they can give me some lesser cheaper pile of junk with free shipping. Fighting with the credit card now to have the charge removed. Stay away from this place.

I purchased a bumper from them and they sent me the wrong one. When I tried to return they do not pick up the phone or reply to Emails. One lady gave me her personal number to reach her and the number was a fake or invalid. This really feels like a scam and i am still trying to get my money back. So pissed off.

Scam! Offer free shipping to later ask you fir $250 fee for shipping. Of course now to late to the bumper here before Christmas!

2nd time ordering from Bumperonly.com and the experience was even better than the first time. The first time I ordered from Bumperonly.com I got the Steelcraft Fortis rear bumper because they had the best price as well as free shipping. I got my bumper 8 business days after ordering it. Since it was such a great experience the first time, I figured I would go with them again from my next purchase. I placed my order on a Monday for the ADD HoneyBadger front bumper for my 2019 Titan XD. I received an email with a tracking number on Thursday. Shipping got it to me in WA Monday afternoon which was pretty damn fast. Plus the fact that it was free shipping too! After installing the bumper, which fit and looked great by the way, I noticed that the free 3/4' shackles where missing from my order. I sent in email to them inquiring about it. I got an email about 30 mins later with an apology as well as a link to confirm the "order" fo the free shackles. I run a Nissan dealership's parts and service department and I gotta say, this is the level of service I expect from my staff. Bumperonly.com hit it out of the park with me and I appreciate this high level of quality service. Thanks for making such an expensive purchase so easy and hassle free, you guys are amazing!!

After I emailed my truck information to Fab Four, I received a part number from their Director of Aftermarket Sales with a part # that would fit my Chevy! I ordered the bumper from BumperOnly and it won't fit! Numerous phone calls were left unanswered, and after receiving promises of return authorization, I received an RA with no shipping information! After speaking with Fab Four it turns out Bumper Only is a third party reseller and does not have a relationship with Fab Four.
The worst customer service I have ever seen! Do not buy from these people ever!

Ordered bumper to fit Chevy Colorado no modifications required but no license plate lights like oem bumper so would get ticket in NYS and did not want cube lights but only way I can return is to pay for shipping and 20% restocking fee. Stay away from bumpers only poor customer service.

Talked with Karen seemed polite checked to see if the bumper was in stock before i ordered. There was 3 in stock so i went ahead and ordered found 4 days later that it was too costly to ship they wanted another $150.00 I live in central Montana not Alaska if they only offer free shipping to adjoining states they should say so. Asked for a refund hope it doesn't take 3 weeks like it did to another customer. My wife suggested i research companies in the future good advice...

Even though I purchased this bumper during the uncertain times of COVID, these folks performed and I received a high quality Tough Country Traditional bumper for my 02 Dodge 2500 that exceeded my expectations. Thanks!

Sent me a scratched up bumper in a pristine box from the factory, so it was damaged, rusted before packaging. It cost me $350 extra to have the bumper painted plus more Money to cover the sensor holes I didn’t want. I’m sure the bumper is sturdy and will work great now that I corrected the problems. Don’t use this company, order directly from the factory, or go to your local parts store.

Worst buying experience I’ve had in a long time, I ordered my bumper before Christmas 2019, paid in full and still haven’t received my bumper after 8 weeks.
Got tired of all the runaround and phone call and just decided to cancel my order.

The strongest Bumper I have ever had. This bumper made my truck Like a Army Tank! Bumper only are Awesome. They were very helpful in helping find the right Bumper for my truck.

The bumper was available when purchased, was delivered in a reasonable time frame, packaging was a little rough but the bumper was in great condition, instructions were good and it was easy to install
