I ordered 5 times off bullion by post the process was easy for me all order came on time no problems will order again in the future.

Paid for two quarter ounce coins at strike price of 1000euro each .
Never received these coins and for over six weeks I was being informed it was down to demand issues .
Eventually irish Bullion told me my order was lost on transit .
I was told these particular coins won't be back in stock and all they could do was offer my money back which is fine in normal circumstances.
But these coins had risen in value to 1149 euro each.irish bullion refused to recognize my strike price and note there is no way to appeal this .
Ironically enough by the time I got my money back these coins had dropped in value to less than I originally paid and guess what irish Bullion had American eagles back in stock after informing me they wouldn't be back in stock .
Communication poor and won't be using irish Bullion again .

Delighted with what I got, have found a place in cork that also sells this might work out cheaper in the future due to p&p

Updates on delivery schedules are 100% emails from couriers with times along with phone calls from the driver when 10 minutes away are exceptional.

At the end of the day everything went good. Nothing to complain about with the company… but delivery company (fedex) was a joke…

They misrouted my package to different county (200kms away) after the chat with customer care agent.. i have changed delivery address and was assured that its changed… it wasn’t… next day I got information that they have attempted to deliver to old (empty) address… it would be better if you had option to send by anpost for people

For product I was certain was in stock when I ordered, took a long time for the items to be dispatched. Your chosen courier delivered a day late, and didn't request signature as your stated they would need.

First time buying bulliion ever, tried bullion by post ireland company turned out to be very good any questions i had where answered by phone or email straight away all items where delivered .will order again .
