Very scammy.
Not USA based as advertised.
No returns as promised.
After multiple unanswered requests the company finally replied that they offer refund $12 out of $59.

This company is a total scam and I agree with every negative review. There are not enough words to describe the poor quality and horrible customer service.

If I could give them no stars I would because this company is a scam. Nothing they send you matches their pictures at all. Thir customer service number is a number that is out of the country. I finally was able to get a partial refund after going round and round with them for about 10 days. I'm so glad I used PayPal to process my payment. Do not purchase anything from this site.

Bad bad bad. My husband is having the same trouble as everyone else on here. Waterproof trousers MUCH to small for the size. Cannot get a response from them.

I bought a pair of sandals and one would not stay on my foot, just kept slipping off. I followed all the Bulepods return procedure and heard nothing for a while. I tried everything to get them to help solve this, but I had no luck. I would not trust this company. 3-4-25

If I could give no stars I would. Everything everyone has written is true. First, the product (which did arrive in a timely manner) is completely inferior. The sandals were not at all orthopedic and are of a quality you might find at a flea market. Then it's a nightmare to try do a return and get a refund. They first start with an $8 offer for a direct refund and no requirement to return the shoes. If you do not accept this, then the haggling starts over a course of multiple emails (with no affiliation or name in a signature line). They explained there were shipping and restocking fees but didn't say what they were. Then they offered $15 for a direct refund. I said I wanted to return the shoes, and asked what the shipping and restocking fees are. They said together they are $20. I said I would like to proceed with the return and get a $19.99 refund. Then they offered $16. I said I wanted to return the shoes and get the $19.99 refund. They then offered $18. I accepted just to put an end to the craziness (which clearly is what they want - to wear you down). I did get a prompt refund of $18 but that is all the good I can say. In addition to total product and customer service dissatisfaction, I am now inundated with email spam! So likely the business is a front for an alternative business.

I ordered a pair of sandals that were the right size but unbelievably wide. I tried for a month to return them with much the same response as previous posters. Accepting Bulepods "offer" would have cost me even more!! I wish I had read their reviews before my order! I will also be contacting Amazon to see if the company can be removed from that site.

I ordered a pair of sandals. They do not fit and have a strange smell. Followed instructions for return and was offered $7 I paid $36. Refused offer and requested refund. No response. Not sure what the chemical smell is but wouldn't want it on my skin

Garbage sizing and no one is responding to request to return them.

The two pairs of shoes arrived.
They were too short and the quality was not good. I paid $79.96 for the two. The company has offered me a return of $16! Anyone buying these will regret it if they do not fit or if they dislike the quality. Despite what the website says, you WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

I agree with all of the bad reviews. I order the orthopedic loafers. Too small after I followed the size instructions. No arch really as it was hard to feel. Plastic feeling leather and not soft as what they said. I don’t recommend at all. Now I can’t get my money back as they won’t respond.

I ordered sandals from Bulepods, they arrived about 10 after ordered. They do not fit, very loose and slopy on my feet. The quality is very poor. According to the websites return instructions, I emailed them with a request for return instructions and mailing label. The email came back "undeliverable, domain may not exist" I then sent the email to the other email option on the website. It was returned with same "undeliverable" statement. There is no phone number and no other way to contact them.

Horrible customer service, horrible quality. The shoes are two sizes smaller and much narrower than advertised. The website states, "the return shipping fee will be covered by Bulepods, which means that the defective product can be returned free of charge." The email I received states otherwise and they want it sent to the warehouse in China which will cost more than the price paid for the shoes.

Scammer! Run! Purchase 3 pairs of shoes deal buy 2 get 1 free. They were cheaply made and too small. They were not Standard US sizes. Put in for Refund and was offered $20 on a $76 purchased and told I did not need to send them back. Refused to send me printable label told me to send them back on my own. Emailed back and forth through pay pal and there site. No conclusion. So upset wish we would have check reviews before purchase. Lesson learned.

I purchased a pair of Men Orthopedic Shoes Athletic Sneakers size 11. They ended up being about a size to small. Also the way the support is on the soul allows your foot to slide forward because the material(cloth) of the upper part of the shoe is weak. I sent email as soon as i tried them on for a refund and they only wanted to swap them out. So i went to skecher.com and purchased a much better shoe for the same price.

If I could give Zero, I would. I ordered two pairs of shoes (different sizes); neither fit - one too small, one too big. I sent an email to their customer service since they are supposed to have 'easy' returns. I was told they would give me $15. I said I wanted a full refund ($70). They refused to give me a return address.
Oh, and the quality of the shoes was absolute crap!

CRAPPY PRODUCT!
The 'wide toe box' shoes were too tight on my feet, it was like wearing nylon socks on my feet. Lousy quality, no insoles, practically non-existent customer service. I ordered this shoe on Dec 25 and on Jan 21 FINALLY received an address to return this product.
I had to file a dispute with my credit card company before Bulepods would give any sort of intelligent response. I will NOT be dismissing my credit card dispute until I receive positive confirmation that this fraudulent company has credit the charge to my credit card.
Any positive comments about this company or it's products are lies.

If I could give a ZERO, I would. I should've read the reviews on this company before purchasing. I'm so glad I only purchased one item. Requesting a return is so difficult. Then I'm offered $8 for a product I paid $40 for! The website states easy returns but that's not the case. Save yourself a headache!!
