This company is a SCAM!! waited forever for the shoes to actually come..they were supposed to be good orthopedic shoes for my mother since she's older and her feet are hurting.. NOT ONLY were they a cheap plastic, (not orthopedic)...they were also 2 different size shoes!!! I disputed the order with PayPal and course they sided with the company so not getting a refund smh! Have to call PayPal now and see if I can dispute it again now. So far though I'm out $80 now and my mother needs different shoes!

Whatever you do, do NOT pay for the fast shipping because it's a scam. All of these shoes took about a month to come from China. I asked for a full refund for the $9.99 expedited shipping I paid and the most they would give me is $6.00.

In addition, we specifically ordered the shoes we did, because they were advertised as non-slip shoes. They have a hard plastic sole, almost sounds like tap shoes, and are the slipperiest shoes my son has EVER worn.

I'd just stay away. The prices weren't even competitive to make it worth the chance you'd be taking.

Bulepods is a Total Scam! I just ordered 2pairs of orthotic tennis shoes and they were just awful. Most uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I emailed them back, asking for a refund. It took over a week for them to respond. There is no phone number. On their website, it states full refund for any reason. They finally emailed me today and offered a $20.00 refund on my $100.00 purchase. I was flabbergasted! I said this isn’t going to work for me. But they give you no return address. So I will report them to our local Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. This is my 2nd ripoff this year. Also stay away from a company called Lilycloth! Another China based company that’s a Scam! I honestly only trust local made brands now. Shame On These Companies 👎

I have read the other reviews and I understand the customers' complaints and frustrations. This is a Chinese company and they do not handle returns well. They generally offer a partial payment for the product which doesn't please most customers. However, they are not a scam because I ordered a pair of shoes online from them today and after reading the reviews I got scared and I wrote back to them via email that I wanted to cancel my order and get the refund because I changed my mind about the product. Hours later I got an email telling me that my order was canceled and they showed me the complete refund that I am getting.

Stay away from this company! I am in midst of attempting to resolve my issues. Contact your bank to dispute payment. Never thought I’d fall for a scam like this. Nonexistent customer service…except by email, which I suspect is AI generated! On the ordering website, no indication of what awaits the fool who orders from this unreputable company. Ordered on April 20,2025. Multiple emails since, blaming customs clearance issues and offering Full refund of any shipping charges…but no product has apparently left China. BUYERS REGRET IN SPADES.

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering! The product I received was not the product I ordered. You could smell the STINK through the packaging. I requested a refund $29.99 + shipping, just over $34. Received an email - you can keep the shoes, and we'll refund $10 - NO! Offered to eat the shipping, refund me $29.99; they counter-offered with $29! Just send me my refund! Finally rec'd $29 credit on 5/7! Shoes are in the trash!!! NEVER EVER order from this company!

Terrible company. You may as well just donate your money !! Customer service will not answer my emails. You get one chance to exchange…no money is coming back. And then they’re done working with you. No more response to your emails. Actual rip off

THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SHOES. Ordered a pair of sneakers for my husband in size 13. Upon receiving the sneakers nearly a month later they were too small. I contacted customer service to return the sneakers for a refund but instead they offered an exchange for a size 14. We received the 2nd pair and these are the same exact size as the 1st pair - TOO SMALL. I tried reaching out to them again but now they aren't responding I have sent 8 emails, nothing. The shoes are certainly not worth
$58. The purpose of the purchase my husband need an orthopedic sneaker for his foot pain. The shoes have the same quality as from Temu.

As badly as the product stinks, the Bulepods company stinks even more for their substandard (that's being way too generous) blatant disregard for the customer. The plastic, poorly constructed shoes I ordered also stink so badly they are not wearable. I followed their website instructions for submitting a request for refund and have not heard one.single.word. in response. Hoping that sharing this review will prevent others from ordering from this company and losing your hard-earned money.

I purchased these sandals andI paid for fast delivery, they take weeks to come with no communication from Bulepods. When they arrived they were so cheap and plastic looking, I ordered a size 3 and they were more like a size 5.Very cheap I'll fitting poor material, could get better at £1 shop. Got no way of return as company dosen, t reply to you. These sandals are not orthopedic as described, they would most likely do damage to your feet. This is a Scam company which has left me out of pocket by £38.98. Please don, t fall for this scam.

Ordered size 15, received 13. No return method. Gave them away and sucked up the $58 loss.

STAY AWAY!!!!! You will not get the shoes within the 5-10 days. You will not be able to track the order as all the tracking information is in Chinese. The shoes are NOT orthopedic.
So disappointed in myself for not digging into the company prior to placing my order.

Worst company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have been trying to return shoes now for two weeks and they told me they would give me $15 to just keep them but I bought two pair and spent $60. The website says guaranteed to be able to return them if I don’t like them with a full refund. But they keep offering me a partial refund and just keep the shoes that do not fit me. I do not want to keep them. They are made horribly. I still do not have my refund and I have shoes that do not fit me and I cannot get anyone to respond to me. They tell me I can send them back and they’ll give me a refund but they give me no paperwork and I have to pay for shipping (even though their website says they will give me a return label) and I have no idea when they get my shoes, how will they even know they are mine. I have no confirmation that when they receive them that I will get my refund. It is a crazy company. I don’t even know if it’s a legitimate company. Buyer beware!

I ordered sandals and when they arrived the toe strap was 3x wider than normal. I guess to accommodate Bunions bit it did not say that in the description. I requested a refund on the same day the shoes arrived.
They offered a refund of $7.00 dollars?!?
I replied and asked them if it was a typo! Reporting them to BBB and PayPal!

Rating should be zero! Run from Bulepods, they are awful. They sent a size larger shoe than ordered for $45. I I tried to return item, they offered $7 refund, I said no! Then they offered $15, I said no! Then advised me I had to pay return shipment, I said no! They never offered a return address and they hide behind PayPal. (Have Email documentation for all!). My AX went after them but to no avail. I finally sold shoes to a friend. Problem solved BUT will NEVER order with them again!!!!

Wife purchased sandals for $40. Bulepods sandal description states is for plantar fasciitis, which means it must have an arch.

Receive the sandals and they do not match the size of selected and are completely flat. As in no arch whatsoever.

It gets better.

Site states you have 180 days for a return\refund so we email them and the answer was “we’ll refund you $6”

UNBELIEVABLE.

Next step is contacting the credit card to start a complaint.

DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UPDATE: these people are thieves. Do not believe anything you see on their website. They offered us $6 then $12. Then they said we have to pay for shipping back.

After getting ripped off by then I am not spending a dime to send this awfully made shoes back.

So DO NOT BUY BULEPODS.

Great custom service. Thank you. Prompt with email replies. I needed a larger size and they sent them the following week. Wow. I will buy more of these sharp, comfortable and lightweight shoes again !

The customer service was horrible. First there should always be a 100% back guarantee if one is not satisfied with the quality, more specifically if the item hasn't been worn/used.
They represent themselves as a US company and so you'd think a return would be simple as others are ie; Amazon.
I spent $80 on 2 pair of ortho sandals and I loved the looks but the back strap slipped off my heel after walking a couple steps, they are not adjustable so I simply could not wear them. I don't have an odd foot in either length or width and there first response was, we'll give you $12, then it was $22 and then $20. Ridiculous and then sending back was quite expensive with no guarantee of partial refund. Fortunately I accelerated this through my payment company, the company still declined but Paypal gave me the credit anyway.
It's an easter egg hunt to determine where they are HQ'd and I just will not risk any unknown companies. I hope most people think to look for reviews before ordering.

Stay away. Scam....big time. You'll get your shoes but don't try to return them. Plus, these shoes were advertised as Orthopedic. Feels like I'm walking on hard styrofoam.
