Ordered bulb and had sent to family members house was not able to get to the house until approx 45 days later. When I was there to install the bulb would not work. The order being over 30 days could not be returned

I ordered the wrong bulb and they do not provide a return shipping label. The size of the box is so large that it will cost me more to return them. Terrible customer service! Make sure you know what you’re ordering because you will have to live with it.

After searching online unsuccessfully for a circular chrome wall mount light fixture, we came across Bulb Center. The service was outstanding! Ordering was simple, a payment plan was available and easy to use, the package arrived almost a week earlier than expected, and the package was covered in several layers of bubble wrap. We could not be more pleased with this purchase.

I just ordered yesterday and then realized that I ordered the wrong bulb. I emailed twice and left a voicemail message yesterday to cancel the order, to no avail. No one has responded to either.
The least expensive shipping option was $20+ and I don’t want to pay for shipping and then pay shipping to return them.
I’m assuming by the time someone responds, it will be too late to cancel the order and I’ll get stuck with the both shipping charges. Ugh

After searching many different websites for an obscure compact fluorescent U-shaped tube to replace in my liquor bottle display I came across bulbcenter.com. From there I quickly navigated to the precise item I needed...13 watt, PL 2Pin single UShaped twin tube...the photos of the item helped confirm I had the correct part for my display. What made the purchase better was that it was inexpensively priced, along with the shipping charge, so I didn't feel like I was being gouged. Delivery was in 3 days. The tube fit and lit correctly. I'm a happy camper.
