We have been shopping with Buitrago for several years. Their service is excellent, the prices are right, so everything is A+.

I ordered a box of cigars to have for family and friends during the holidays. I waited and waited for them and finally ordered them from another vendor. In the meantime I received an email saying the order was delayed. I responded by saying please cancel my order. A week later I finally received an email and the cigars I no longer needed from Buitrago. I’m in the process of trying to return them now.

send the wrong box for the 2nd time and every leaf was stale not to mention the slow delivery time. never ordering again.

you were out of stock evidently but failed to notify me of this, stated shipping in 24-48 hours on order but did not ship product for a week after order

I would like to talk about my order status but I can't reach any person. still not shipped. It is not possible to contact the contact number. Stay away from here.I hope I can get the refund or my order.

This is my 5th order from them , 3 weeks now and product hasn't shiped took 2 weeks just to get a tracking number saying usps awaiting shipment . Emailed several times same canned response. Useless customer service. Ordered October 24 its now November 14. Every order has been slower and slower.

I have had an open order for 11 business days now and not only is it not being filled, but their support has not responded to my email requests asking what the status is and why it hasn't been filled. Another order I placed on October 29th did not ship out until November 11th.

Fast shipping. Legit product and even came with a couple of extra free swag. Will definitely purchase again

Easy to order and quick to deliver. Rated a 4 because the price has gone up, and the shipping fee is high enough without tacking on another $3 handling fee; otherwise would rate as 5.

Slight issue at first but then more then made up for it definitely a five-star company the only criticism I'll give us they need to update their website better about half of the stuff I wanted was out of stock and it wasn't marked as such

Well they ship everything off fast. And my order got lost in the mail and they gave me store credit I ordered my order again. The only downside is they don't have a phone number where you can talk to someone.

Been waiting a week now for my la finca cigars and it still says awaiting fulfillment I do have an order # I have sent an email but nobody has replied to it this is the first time buying from u and it will be the last time buying from u

Order took a week to ship when I paid extra for shipping. Doesn't make sense.

A quick note of thanks for a job well done. Product was available when others could not deliver. Shipment arrived in reasonable time and well packed. Pricing was competitive and product was in great shape.

Tried to purchase and got verification issue contacted them and after however long it went through. Then after typing in credit card info because PayPal and GPAY doesn't work, I got a billing address error. Refreshed the page and still got the error. Few mins later Visa sent me 2 notifications that payments went out to them yet the item is still in the cart, no order number or email confirmation. There is no phone support and they take their sweet time to respond. When they did respond they're telling me maybe the bank has the funds on hold!! What?? I gave em both screenshots of the payment confirmation and they stopped responding when I ask for a refund. My advice shop elswhere!! Gonna call the bank first thing tomorrow and do a chargeback! All this s**t for a little box of swishers!! Always an articulate response but yet never and proof of innocence, you're lucky I cant post the screenshots from Visa. The same ones I sent you in an email.
