Buildshare - Invest in something real.  

Extremely straightforward to use app. Set up a account, went through verification and selected which building project I wanted to invest in. Was shown the percentage returns I would make and have been receiving my monthly interest payments as promised! Can't fault it.

Investment experience was smooth and intuitive. Minimum investment amount is super convenient, let's you take exposure to multiple projects.

I’ve enjoyed using the app! I made a £250 investment initially and it has been quite rewarding to see the project I have invested in progress from the concrete footings to the roof! ….and the decent returns of course! Only issue to note, sometimes the Google map on a project page is sensitive and will move when scrolling down on my phone.

Great app and very easy to take money in and out!

Good little app - nice and easy to use, with reliable interest payments. It's also nice to be able to see updates on the building sites via the in-app blog, feels like you're investing in something real rather than the arbitrary ups and downs of the stock market.

I absolutely love this app. The site is well laid out and easy to navigate. It is fantastic how they provide key information / ESG information such as financial return and CO2 emission to facilitate investment decision. The online construction timeline and project visualizations enhance the app's interactivity and make it truly compelling. My only wish is to have more projects to invest in. Will it be feasible to add an embedded google map ?

Really good experience so far. Have had fixed 10%+ interest on the Claughton project since it started, and really nice to see the houses get built knowing I’ve contributed

Friendly interface that made it easy to understand where my funds were going and how the different projects I backed were progressing. Also it didn't ask for thousands of pounds to get going, I was able to generate revenue from just £50!
