I'd been putting off sorting my pensions for ages because I just didnt know where to start. Neil made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He explained everything in a way that actually made sense and never made me feel silly for asking questions. There was never any pressure and I always felt like he had my best interests at heart. I now have a much clearer picture of what retirement could look like and feel alot more confident about the future.
