I am sharing my experience with Buffbets regarding a withdrawal issue of €4,060.

I won this amount through normal gameplay without any intention of abusing bonuses or violating any rules. The balance was clearly shown as withdrawable in my account. Only after I requested a withdrawal, the casino suddenly claimed that my winnings were linked to an old bonus and applied wagering requirements retroactively.

This was never communicated at the time of playing or winning, which makes this decision highly questionable.

I have submitted a complaint through Casino Guru, who reviewed the case and indicated that the winnings were obtained fairly. Despite this, Buffbets has not provided a clear or reasonable explanation and has failed to properly resolve the situation.

I am still waiting for a fair resolution and my rightful withdrawal.
