Scammers

Scammers. I've been playing a long time at Cusco Casino. They give bonusses and the like, but when your win rate is to high they cancel your bonusses, this means any bonusses you had and the cash back. They'll make sure you'll start losing. After they blocked my bonusses, I've still played and started losing more and more. Kind of till the point it isn't believe able anymore. Just another scam casino, but with extra steps. If you want to close your account they will try anything in their power to not let you close it, to the point they just wont close the account. If you like your money, don't gamble here. you've been warned. Just another gamble site preying on people with gambling problems.

Do not play here.
You lose your money fast and the bonus terms are extremely misleading.
I received a €30 bonus and had to wager €1200. When I still had €20 left to wager, my balance was €1250.
After completing it, €1200 disappeared instantly, leaving only €50.
RTP feels fully in favor of Cusco Casino.
Live chat does not work; you have to email and I’ve been waiting days for a response.
Not reliable – stay away.

Waiting for withdraw.. updated

I don't know what to think of it so far. I've made a withdraw, but haven't received it yet. It's also quite difficult to contact someone via chat.

Tomorrow is day 5, and I should have my money, it's about €700. I Wait and see, and when I do get it, I'll give the casino more stars.

Emails aren't being responded to.

Update: I received my money. That's why I'm getting 4 stars. To get 5 stars, the payout could be a bit faster.

Ik wacht nu al bijna 2 weken op…

Ik wacht nu al bijna 2 weken op reactie.. ik heb nog 4200euro wat uitbetaald koet worden maar ik wacht nu al 2 weken en krijg geen reactie van de VIP manager.. tot nu toe heb ik een slechte ervaring en een naar gevoel hierbij.

It’s all scam and misleading

I had lost 750 EUR. The slots was giving me nothing. I did a last deposit of 200 EUR, go to a roulette table and won 1100 EUR.

I made a withdrawal and they cancelled it. I had to verify my profile while it already was verified. I sent my documents again and withdrawl the money.

My “vip-manager” told me that a withdrawl takes 72 hours, but because I’m a “vip player” and she is my manager, she can speed it up. It’s now 6 days ago and still received nothing and my withdrawl isnt processed yet.

Now my vip manager ignores my message and if I e-mail cuscocasino they only tell me the same everyday. Like every mail I send, this is their answer

“Please give the finance department a little more time, as they are still processing your withdrawal”

The vip manager mislead me with the facts she spoke about fast withdrawls and she is able to speed it up. Otherwise I never played at this casino. People please watch out and don’t believe their respond on bad review with the fact they wants to find a solution. It’s all scam
