I received a band as a christmas present and after only a few weeks of wearing, it started to change color and fade. I never wore this band in water or in hot weather where I was sweating a lot. I reached out to someone regarding the discoloration and submitted pictures. I was pleased when they said they would send me a new band however it has been months and I have yet to receive anything. I reached out again asking for an update and have yet to hear back. Not pleased with the customer service.

Delivery time was great, the strap was packaged beautifully and with a personalised note which I'm a big fan of! Also haven't taken it off my wrist since I put it on, very impressed with the quality and finish!

Easy ordering and delivery. The watch band was too small so we have to take to a jeweler to add links.

I live in Germany, and before you buy, please consider the following: I ordered the Milanaise-Steel band for €250 and opted for the express delivery, another €10, to avoid waiting. Buckle & Belt doesn't tell you that the parcel will go through customs, which may take another week or two. As the UK left the European Union, you will be taxed. Buckle & Belt will put the total sales price, which includes British VAT, on the declaration. In Germany, you will get charged another €68,24 import tax plus a €6 handling fee for DHL. In total a 30% increase. Bucke & Belt says you must go to a jeweler to get the bad rightly sized. And yes, even though I purchased the larger band, in the state of arrival, I couldn't even get the band over my wrist. In my case, I had to spend another €20 to get four additional links in. The enclosed tools are a gimmick. Also, there is no chance you can claim UK VAT of 20%; in this scenario, taxmen on both sides win. You lose.

Buckle & Belt is not transparent here. All in all, I spent €335 for the band. No one responded to my complaint.

To be fair to the actual product, it looks and wears great. The shopping experience deserves zero stars, but the band itself deserves five. I want to be fair and give them a three-star rating.

But to be honest, I would not purchase from them again, as I feel a little cheated.

The strap is nice, had a small issue which was resolved, but just felt underwhelmed by the customer care I received. My experience was by no means bad but since you asked this is my honest opinion and it was possibly because I purchased a refurbished strap.

Thank you for responding, to explain the watch strap arrived with one of the attachments upside down. I felt that the customer service representative insinuated that I had tried to modify the strap myself and hence caused the issue. This was absolutely not the case. The customer service representative did explain how to correct the issue with a pin that should have been included in the box, but wasn’t. I managed to use something I had at home to fix the attachment, which was totally fine but just felt that if they had just said “our mistake, sorry!”, then I would have given you the extra star. Hope that explains my rating.

Bought an iPhone 13 Pro leather case and very pleased. Picked up the “used” one but it was still in great condition so a bargain. Case has held up well to a few drops as expected from a leather case, it absorbs the impact instead of the phone so does wear out after each drop. But better that than the phone! The sides of the case have started to show wear and discolouration after going in and out a pocket for a couple months, but nothing too major. Still very happy for the price. Fits the phone nicely and buttons are good so all in all decent case!

My brown leather watch strap does get some rough treatment and was delighted when Mark offered to replace it completely when I asked for a new retaining band .
