Saw this product on social people said it was genuine leather decided to give it a try. Arrived at a reasonable time. Got rose gold to match my watch, isn’t the exact color match but close enough. On first attempt to wear the bar for the attaching part of the band popped off. Took some finagling to fix it back on the strap hasn’t popped off again so far. I have small wrists and tend to use the very first hole can’t do that yet because the strap is too stiff or might need to create my own hole. Looks good and elevates the style.

I don't usually write reviews, but these guys seem to be a small company and I think it helps. I've ordered so far two leather cases from them (iPhone 13 Pro Max) and two watch straps (the sporty leather ones, with silicon on the skin and leather outside).

Everything's been of high quality, no visible production issues, color is not rubbing off, well packaged for transport. Prices are also decent, nothing to complain about. All in all, I'd say it's worth giving them a shot, can't go wrong with their stuff.

Got the black Milanese loop for my black series 10 Apple Watch and it completely transforms my watch. I’d even say it elevates it as it looks fantastic. It really compliments the watch. Extremely pleased with my purchase. Highly recommended.

The truth is that there is no "Julia" and this is a robot chat.

The company deceives visitors to the website that a live chat with a live human being is available when in fact this is not true.

I recently purchased a leather watch strap from Buckle & Band, and I couldn’t be happier with the product. The strap looks and feels like it's of superior quality, with a sleek design that has already earned me several compliments. It adds a really sophisticated touch to my watch!

I also want to give a special thanks to Mark from Buckle & Band. There was an issue with my delivery (which turned out to be the delivery company's fault), but Mark quickly sorted it out and even included a handwritten note in the package apologizing for the delay. His helpfulness and quick resolution of the issue were much appreciated.

Overall, I would highly recommend Buckle & Band to family and friends. Not only is the product top-notch, but their customer service is truly exceptional!

Quality is worth the money having bought 3 bands now I'm very happy with my purchase and the support in locating my parcel (Thanks Lucian). On a side note the "Express Shipping" method is negligible if you live in Aus. Still took 3 weeks to arrive.

Disappointing
I bought the Milanese stainless steel strap which is quite expensive £200 and within days of wearing it the strap loosens, does not stay put on the wrist and starts falling down. Very poor quality for then price, basically cannot wear it anymore as it is super annoying…

Delivery was great. (Took a bit too long but fine). The problem with the band was that there weren’t enough holes for my wife’s wrist (too big). So we had to get one more done. That’s why I don’t give 5 stars! (More than one size maybe?)
