Brusby Surveyors Ltd Recensioni

We found the report we got was very in-depth and informative and easy to understand. This help greatly to make our decision on the property we were about to purchase

Alistair Brusby was very informative prior to the survey, recommending the correct survey for our requirements (even though it was not the most expensive survey that he offered) and also in his post survey verbal feedback of key findings.
His written report was extremely comprehensive - totalling 78 pages - covering all aspects in detail with photos to reiterate the comments made in the report.
In short, I would highly recommend using Alistair Brusby for your property survey and would not hesitate to use him again.

Very helpful and very detailed report with adequate photos to back up report.

Used alistair brushby surveyors on recommendation. Was very impressed with the detail of the survey. Good description of issues backed up with photographs. Very happy with all aspects of the survey and wouldn't hesitate recommending brushby surveyors to anyone requiring a comprehensive, detailed examination of a property.

I’ve had a couple of surveys and this one from Brusby is by far the most detailed and useful.

Very comprehensive report produced in a professional and timely manner.

Service provided was very thorough including the opportunity to discuss any related matters in detail.

We are really happy with the service, Brusby Surveyors Ltd came recommended to us and what a great recommendation it was. Alistair came with short notice to look at a suspected Sulphate attack at a property we wanted to purchase. He was friendly, professional and honest. He seemed happy to answer the many questions we had about the problem and me and my partner both learned a great deal thanks to him. Would definitely use his services in the future.

Absolutely couldn't fault anything during the process from booking to receiving the report. All communication was prompt and helpful. Alistair went above and beyond to squeeze us into his busy schedule when our first property (that he had surveyed) was taken off the market. We needed another survey for the new property quite quickly. The survey reports on both properties were easy to understand and included photos of parts of the property we hadn't been able to see (the loft), this was very helpful. We would highly recommend Brusby Surveyors. Thanks for a great service.

Alistair carried out a homebuyers level 2 survey on the property I am in the process of purchasing.
The report produced was extremely comprehensive including photographs which helped me to make an informed decision on the property. Alistair was particularly busy at the time of producing my report but I found him to be extremely approachable, he was more than happy to verbally discuss the report with me in more detail.
Alistair is exceptionally professional and clearly explains everything. I would highly recommend him especially if purchasing an older property so you are fully aware of any work you may need to take on.
Excellent service from start to finish.

Thorough and comprehensive report provided. Also provided summary of inspection and overall impression of property on the phone prior to me receiving report. Friendly and helpful. Great customer service.

Despite being busy, Alistair fitted our house surveys in, understood our requirements, and reported back in a timely manner all for a reasonable price. His report was excellent and very comprehensive and allowed us to progress the purchase of a property. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brusby Surveyors.
