We recently purchased a home with the intent of putting two chairlifts in for my husband. We called All Mobility Solutions in Delmar, MD. We found their estimator and installer John very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He walked us through all of our options, keeping our budget in mind. We are extremely satisfied with the Bruno chairlift and can rest easier knowing my husband can navigate through our home safely. The chair is very quiet and easy to operate. Scheduling the installation was quick and easy; the installation actually took less time than expected. The office staff are friendly and responsive.

Our Bruno stairlift is an excellent product.

Our chairlift is a god-send. My wife had an injury that made her unable to climb stairs. I had the lift installed before she came home from rehab. It is obviously of high quality, works smoothly, and is easy to operate. We are very pleased with the purchase, and it means not risking falls on the stairs anymore.

It was so easy dealing with Mobility Connection, they were very helpful. Service was timely, and the work was done professionally.

This review is for first impressions as we have only been installed a couple of months.

We chose to add the powered folding footrest and would do that again even though it is expensive.
The installation was professional and the equipment is working as advertised.

This is installed on a 14 step straight stairway that is fairly steep. The equipment is used about four times a day up and down. It is easy to use and one family member that was at first uneasy about using it is now very happy with it.

We were shown how to clean and maintain the seat and rails and will follow that instruction to make the system last.

I recommend it and would buy it again.

We have had no problems with either the Bruno stairlift, the installation, or the communications with anyone we talked to.

The product works very smoothly and is simple to operate. The main extremely positive element was the excellent customer service we received from 101 Mobility. From the owner visiting with us to explain and choose the right model to the installer who was very easygoing, funny, personable, and knowledgeable, they were outstanding. My mom isn’t easily comfortable with people, but she was with them. We are very satisfied and would recommend Bruno and 101 Mobility to everyone who needs a stairlift.

The technician, Alex, was very helpful in explaining all the features of the unit along with advising troubleshooting any potential issues that we could encounter when using it. He was polite, professional, and very kind.

The devices hydraulic system and gears broke. New unit is now on order but due to the holidays will not be available for 3 to 4 weeks. Our installer has ensured that we can still use the chair for going up and down the stairs. Still, this should not have happened within less than 2 months of installation

Appears to be an excellent chairlift and installation was well done. Is working very well. So we are very pleased with the lift. We were happy that they are made in Wisconsin.
