Will not provide service & charged
I called and said I relocated a lift from a home. It was off the rail and locked out with code f7 and had a jammed bar. Curve 180 style. I said I just had hip surgery and was not sure if the lift track was still installed as my son was working on it when I was having surgery the day before (4/15/26) and I had not seen the stairs yet. 2 techs were sent within 45 min. My son had disassemble the track, after it was set before my surgery, because the chair locked out and came off the rail when I was in surgery as he was setting in the chair and it locked out. The techs saw the chair off the rail and would not place it on a rail and would not service the locked out chair and said that since its track was a different set up they would not service and still charged $166.00. They said they cannot perform mechanical repairs and they had to pass an inspection. I asked if a permit was needed and they skirted the conversation. All in all, seemed nice, looked pro. , good for nothing. What is a service call for a lift chair off a rail with a jammed bar and locked out code of f7 for? They just robbed me.

They didn’t know that in Rossmoor you…
They didn’t know that in Rossmoor you must get a Walnut Creek permit for anything you do. And that is included in the price it made for some anxiety. The lift works well, but the back is sort of tilted toward me and it’s quite hard.

Feedback on contractual maintenance received
The product is outstanding and the individual people are great. This review is of the contracted maintenance process. We signed a support contract to get a checkup twice a year and were told the support team would work with us on a suitable set of dates. Nobody every contacted us. I finally called them. We did get a review done (team was excellent, communication with the team AFTER the call was scheduled was great. There could have been more up front support.

Superb customer care experience
The sales agent came to our home and brought samples of the lift mechanism and rails. We could see how it worked and how it would be installed. She measured the stairs, showed us the products in the brochures and in a slide presentation. We went to the show room to see and ride the chairlift. Installation was quick and the technician even vacuumed the stairs when finished. We were extremely pleased with the process

Your Company came out within one day to install this stair lift for my wife who had cancer. She used it for one day, loved it. The removal was done with the best sincerity, loved the company and what it provided for my beautiful wife!

On time, competent, and pleasant to work with.
On time. Excellent sales rep. Competent installer. Job was neat and clean when finished. Explanation of a complicated piece of equipment was thorough. All questions were answered. One small negative. A cosmetic panel was not in the installation box, so it is now on order. Does not affect machine operation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Arrow Lift. From start to finish, the entire experience was truly exceptional.
Peggy, who coordinated the installation, was beyond helpful—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and I genuinely appreciated her warmth and professionalism.
Thomas, the installer, was equally outstanding. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to carefully explain how to use the lift, including all of the safety features. He made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident before he left, which meant so much.
In all my life, I have never experienced this level of customer service. Every interaction was handled with care, efficiency, and genuine kindness.
