The outdoor Bruno Stairlift is a great help for my husband who struggles with Parkinson's Disease. also helpful for groceries!

We had to put in two stairlifts so cost was a factor and this purchase was great bc it had the same qualities as some of the other more expensive companies.

The stair lift is good and is operating well. It is still more noisy than we thought it would be since the install.

Installers were efficient, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick.
Chairs are a much needed aid for us. We do like them.

This stair lift is much quieter than the one in our last villa. The cost was a couple thousand more but well worth it. There are no annual service contracts and our installer is only 5 miles away and can fix any problems quickly. This is a great stair lift.

The chairlift stopped working after about a dozen uses. I called the salesman, David Sloan, who promptly came over and although he gave excellent service he couldn't figure out the problem. David called the tech, Dakota, who discovered it was a signal interruption and remedied the problem.

This device has been a lifesaver for my mom to be able to go up and down our stairs. I am so thankful for this device. The tech was able to get it all set up in less than 3 hours from start to finish.
My only request would be for the lever that makes the chair turn be in better place for someone to reach. My mom had a hard time pushing down the lever because it is quite a bit below her. For most people it may not be a problem but an elderly person it can be a challenge.

Unit works perfectly. Well constructed. Very pleasant installation technician. Overall, very pleased with the unit.

The man that installed it was very knowledgeable. He was neat and completed the job within a reasonable amount of time

Very good experience from the first phone call until the installation. People were very professional and everything was done in a timely manner.

It's simple to manipulate, helps me at the end of the day when I'm more sluggish and achy, helps me bring up stuff I need but only have two hands.
In other words, it's a "problem-solver."
