I ordered a few products in September…
I ordered a few products in September as Diwali gifts. The products delivered were packed poorly with some parts missing. I wrote several emails to brown living and after sending pics as requested I am told that the product cannot be packed individually and they refused to offer any solution. They refuse the take the product back and refund my money.
I had to buy other gifts for Diwali.
It is very frustrating to contact them as their phone goes unanswered most of the times, they do not respond to what’s app msg and reply to emails takes about 10-15 days.
They are least concerned about the customer.
I had also ordered a body lotion where I received an almost empty bottle, after complaining they replaced the lotion, however they were very casual about the whole thing.
It appears that they are simply out to cheat people under the guise of sustainability which is the new fad.
List all trust in this company.

I am very disappointed at the way this company handles their services . I ordered two sets of wooden spoons ( set of 5 ) . I received only one set.
I also ordered jute table mats - I am still waiting to receive them . I get a PIN to pass on to the delivery guy , which I give , only to receive an incomplete order . I prepaid for my order , and have not received my full order . This seems to be a company that wants to make its name , us customers want to support small enterprises that are local , but I am shocked at the way you’ll deal with sales .

I placed my order on the 22nd of Sept for something that was supposed to be a gift for an occasion on the 2nd of October. On the 30th of Sept while tracking the parcel with the courier company O notice that the status shows cancelled. No message or email or intimidation from Brown Living. When I reached out to their customer support on WhatsApp, I simply get told that it was canceled. Well I was extremely disappointed because now I had no time to order another gift online..But anyhow I asked for my refund and didn't want to deal with this company any further. I am completely dissatisfied with this company. Not only did my order arrive with missing items, but the customer support is a complete joke. They were incredibly slow to respond and had the audacity to claim I received everything. It is insulting to be called a liar over an amount as small as 400 Rs. This is unacceptable.
Bad customer service
Order not delivered for over a month. No reply on mail or instagram , they delete comments and dont reply dms. Still not recieved it. Will be cancelling it , ordered from elsewhere after waiting for so long.
Partial Delivery
First of all, you were very late with the delivery. And secondly you sent only partial order despite me paying full. And the response is also slower and standard rather than answering to the point.

I had ordered 3,4 products from this site on 14th august. And today I will be receiving only one, other products has no updates and even showing cancelled. This company has the most pathetic customer support, no one reply and even share you the details about the product. It's been almost 15days and till now I am not aware of the products of worth 1700. Don't ever buy from this site. If it had minus rating, then I would have surely choosen that.
Failed Delivery Had ordered 3 items on July 25th
Had ordered 3 items on July 25th. Out of the three recieved only 2 and the second delivery took way too long. The 3rd has not been delivered till date. No status update despite sending messages on WhatsApp. The chatbot drives you mad going in circles.

Customer Support missing
I have ordered from Brown Living 2 or 3 years before, and the products were mostly good, good quality. I do not remember whether it was on time. I did not try to track that time.
This time however, I have ordered based on estimated delivery time. It was all supposed to reach before the 31st. We are traveling on 31st.
So, 1 item came more or less on time in good condition, so I expected the rest to ship soon as well. But the remaining products appear to have just been picked up by the courier today itself, some yesterday, which means no way they will reach on time (more like a week late). Some items don't have any tracking code at all, still (after a week).
When I tried to connect with the support team via WhatsApp earlier this week, i never got connected with a person. The bot is not helpful.
When I tried a few days later, I tried to call as well, but nobody picked up. And I have been trying since and the call is not picked up nor does an agent reply on whatsapp.
Basically I have for nearly 3 thousand worth of oils and butters waiting to arrive, but I have no idea when it will come, and I will not be around to find out.
And, I cannot cancel the order.
I can understand due to festivals things can get a little delayed and thats fine. Thats the nature of cottage industries. But I can't understand that customer support is not functional, so that we can't sort things out properly.
