Asking to repurchase the product which i have already purchased from code canyon.. Now im developing my own whatapp software to publish it for free of cost for everyone.. Its not fair to ask a client to repurchase the product again

We would like to clarify that the product mentioned in this review was purchased through CodeCanyon, which is a third-party marketplace and operates independently from Technical Thought.
The item has since been permanently removed from the CodeCanyon platform. Purchases made there were governed by CodeCanyon’s marketplace terms and were limited to the version available at the time of purchase.
Technical Thought provides its own services, support, and licensing separately through its official platform. Support or updates outside the scope of the original marketplace purchase require a separate license, as these are independent services offered by us.
We have not denied access to any legitimately purchased product. However, expecting continued support or newer versions from a different platform after permanent removal from the original marketplace is a misunderstanding.
We regret that this confusion led to an inaccurate review and encourage users to contact our support team for proper clarification before forming conclusions.
