I have only been made aware of this label recently and since just browsing to now purchasing their items, everything has been seamless. Not only is the quality great but timing of their delivery is so quick.

I recently made a mistake on an item (instead of a refund wanted an exchange). The customer service was fantastic. Their response was so speedy (within an hr) and they fixed the problem so quickly and gave me clear instructions!

I would recommend shopping here and will continue to do so. ☺️

Excellent customer service , they responded to my review about a broken button on a cardigan , apologised that they couldn’t send a new button out and refunded me $50! Will definitely be ordering from them again

Ich habe das erste Mal bei BS bestellt und mich direkt täuschen lassen haha. Ich habe ein tolles Oberteil gesehen, von welchen ich dachte dass es für knapp 50€ qualitativ hochwertig sein wird.
Heute kam der Spaß nach 2 Wochen endlich an und ich bin maßlos enttäuscht. Das Ding fühlt sich an wie ein Badeanzug und null atmungsaktiv. Es fühlt sich an als würde es direkt an der Haut kleben und man würde drunter schwitzen. (Es ist ein normales langarm Shirt, dachte es wäre vom Gefühl wie Baumwolle, wie man es normal erwarten würde). Nun wollte ich das Teil zurücksenden, da es auch einfach nicht schön sitzt. Und dann der Preis einfach auch krass ist für so eine schlechte Qualität.

Aber sehe da, man muss ganze 20€!!!!!!! Für eine Retoure bezahlen😂 der Versand hat mich schon 10€ gekostet und dann soll ich 20€ zusätzlich bezahlen ich packs nicht.

50€ für schlechte Qualität + 10€ Versand um es dann nach 2 Wochen in einer dreckigen kleinen Tüte zu bekommen und es behalten muss, weil man sonst nochmal 20€ Blechen muss.
Hätte lieber bei lioness bestellt, die haben wenigstens qualitativ bessere Artikel und einen ähnlichen Stil.

Everything fits true to size, styles well with everything I own , and quite literally every time I wear a Bronze Snake piece - hoodies, shirts, hat, anything, I get people asking where my fit is from.

I initially had an issue back in August, since then, the company explained the issue regarding why I couldn't get my shipments from customs to maine. Since then, the company has changed shipment vendor and I have received all the clothes I ordered. The company has amazing customer service and responds quickly to your issues. I love the clothing. Its made with comfort and style in mind and has been an amazing addition to my gym clothing attire. I cannot recommend this company enough for its customers first approach and unique style of clothing.

Seems a bit steep to have to pay postage and pay $15 for a postage label for a refund when I live in Australia.

Bought an awesome looking linen viscose mix set- pants and shirt which I loved when I tried them on. Fit great. I wash all my new clothes on a 15 min rinse cycle (cold wash) prior to wearing to make sure they’re clean. And because of the linen I put them in a delicates bag.
Both pants and shirt majorly shrunk in the wash. The shirt was lined and the lining hasn’t shrunk but the outer has, so the lining now literally hangs out the back of the shirt. The material is now itchy and looks wrinkled. $168 and I never even wore it once. I have no proof that I didn’t wash in hot water/ tags are off etc so obviously can’t get my money back. Such a total waste. Do not buy!

Fast shipping and customer service always responds and are quick to help. I wish more Clothing companies took these things seriously

Really bad, don't order here. The clothing didn't fit and when I wanted to return them I had to pay €24 for the delivery en I only got back €49,73 when the piece of clothing I ordered was €63. What a shit company.

Ordered a set, 2 completely different sizes arrived… XL top and S trousers, therefore shockingly bad stock controls must be in place.
After many emails back and fourth apparently the only way to resolve it was to post the whole set back, get a refund then reorder…common sense would have been to simply ship a replacement of the incorrect part of the set.
Once agreed and posted back the reimbursement of the postage took ages.
Then when the refund for the item was processed the value refunded for postage was taken off the value. Absolutely ridiculous and incompetence.
After emailing yet again the missing part of the refund has now been actioned and again I have the wait to receive.
This brand really need to update its stock systems, customer service approach, and ability to resolve issues with common sense.

I ordered some beautiful pieces that i was hoping to receive in time for my birthday. Unfortunately the parcel wasn’t scanned properly by Auspost. I emailed the bronze snake team, the customer support was amazing and they sent me a replacement order free of charge.

Received my Oversized caramel cardigan this morning. This was my first purchase from Bronze Snake and it won’t be my last. Love love LOVE it! It was very timely as it’s wintery and cold today. Popped it on over leggings and boots and have been complimented twice already and asked where I purchased from! Also the super fast delivery was impressive. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
