When you placed the trade-in, you selected the Faulty - Powers On condition. However, upon inspection, our technicians found that your phone was stuck in Restore Mode due to a faulty motherboard. This condition doesn’t meet any of our trade-in criteria.
We sent you an email at the time with details and options, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response. As per our policy, when we don’t hear back within 14 days, we automatically return the device.
