Blinds fitted excellently. Great service.

They were very good. Friendly fitter. Blind had marks on it and was changed within 10says with no problem

All the way from first visit to supply and installation was seamless and excellent with especially emphasis on accurate measuring prior to manufacture

Although we ordered a replacement blind from our original order, it seems that the wrong one was ordered from the manufacturer.
When it was replaced it was still a different fitting to the original but I made it fit.

Contacted Broadview over refitting of electric blinds that I had previously taken down for decorating.

Pergola: Excellent product, very good quality and finish. Has been keeping us dry when doing BBQ in heavy rain. We also enjoy the dimmable LED's. Plenty of light for cooking and then dimming down for sitting outside.
Service: from start to finish, very professional, detailed written quotes, good knowledge of what is possible or not (due to uneven wall and other minor issues with rainwater downpipes). Melissa has been very helpful in providing further info, and answering any questions in a timely manner.
Installation: excellent team, polite, efficient, tidy, knowledgeable.

There may be other pergolas in the market at a lower cost, however, this product is more bespoke / 'made to measure' in terms of size/height and finish.

We gathered four quotes and Broadview were not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. We felt they offered a good combination quality and cost.

Bought two very expensive awnings from Broadview, thinking I was buying both a quality product and a peace of mind service care. How wrong was I, as although my awning is still under warranty they want to charge me a non-refundable call out charge if £120 to repair, under warranty, my faulty awning. An absolute disgrace.

We are very pleased with our blinds. They have been very well fitted by two pleasant chaps. Thank you very much.

Would have been 5 star but for poor communication from the office on the day of fitting which resulted in fitter being over 2 hrs late.

Excellent friendly staff from show room to installation, there was no mess after the intall it was clean, we were shown how to operate the blinds and shown everything we needed to know

Fixing our awning wasn’t as straight forward as anticipated, however the matter was resolved very promptly and the result is good. Very pleased with the final result. Would recommend Broadview shading solutions.

We had vertical blinds and shutters ordered in July. Will was very good. Very pleased with overall cost. Vertical blinds were fitted end of August, sorry can’t remember fitters name. He did a great job they look lovely, can’t wait for our shutters now which are hopefully about November.

T&Cs, options, and timescales all clearly explained up front. Very pleasant and knowledgeable sales visit, followed by very efficient and tidy workmanship on fitting day
