The blinds do not fit because they are too small to cover the windows. There are gaps down the sides to let the light in.

We felt that we were wrongly advised…
We felt that we were wrongly advised and consequently have blinds that I cannot use. The blinds are lovely and look good on our french doors, but as they couldn't have an electric mechanism, they are too heavy for me to pull up. If we had opted for no tapes, we could have had the mechanism and there would have been no problem. The fact that the blinds would be too heavy to use should have been pointed out to us to help us make a decision. We did complain, but no solution was forthcoming. As I can only manage to pull them up halfway, I have to stoop down to go out of the doors!

Catalogue of mistakes
The finished product was excellent but getting to that point was a catalogue of needless mistakes which led to lengthly wait and countless wasted appointments. Not acceptable for the cost.

Wrong blinds supplied.
For the original appointment the fitters came with the wrong blinds size & type.
The replacements were supplied & fitted, but original holes drilled that were left, not the greatest experience 😔

Where do we start!!
Where do we start!!!
We ordered shutters for a lounge & roller blinds for a kitchen.
The shutters broke within 24 hrs, and although BV have been out twice to fix, they remain broken.
Blinds- wrong size ordered, and 1 window completely missed out. When they were all up, they had different finishes on top box. We were advised, battery operated will last up to 18 months - we have to re-charge once or twice a month.
We were so disappointed with our whole experience
