Broadland Fuels Recensioni

Ordering was easy and delivery was prompt and as promised. Excellent service

Heating oil delivered ahead of anticipated date, great service, competitive price

A pre phone call or email, highlighting date of delivery, so locks etc can be removed.

Knew when they were coming efficient friendly service

Great driver, great service.

Broadland Fuels have provide me with heating oil and diesel for 3 years now. I can honestly say one of the best companies I have dealt with. Delivery’s every Wednesday without fail, turnt up for an emergency fill up when I made a mistake and very helpful staff on the phone whenever you need them. Always polite, know their stuff and everything simple even payment is easy. I wish they would sell LPG as they would do very well with it, Calor, FLow and Avantigas should learn from this group. Definitely a good company to use and I look forward to using them again for years to come.

Quick delivery. Friendly staff

I have been with Broadland fuels for several years . They go out of their way to let me know when my delivery will be delivered . The service they give is amazing

Always deliver as promised. Easy to contact and helpful

Always a good all round service from Broadland Fuels. Pricing invariably lower than others, delivery timing as promised, courteous and helpful staff in office, on phone, and delivery staff. Cannot fault them.

I highly recommend this service for its excellent quality and speedy delivery.

I have been a customer for a few years now, and can honestly say i wouldn't buy my oil from anyone else. The service is always great, from the ladies taking my order to the gents that deliver.

Always great service from Broadlands. Their friendly courtesy call to ask if I need any oil is always appreciated in this chaotic world that we live in! And never any hard sell to contend with, just a friendly nudge to see if I’m good for oil and then left alone. Well done Broadlands I wish more companies would take your lead.

Can't speak highly enough of Broadland Fuels. I used to waste my time calling around trying to find the best price but have come to realise that not only do they invariably come up with the best price but BF have THE best customer service around.

Jo is always super friendly and goes above and beyond to help. The drivers are always courteous and respectful of property.

Don't bother looking anywhere else, these guys are number 1

From ordering to delivery… brilliant service
Thank you!!

Always a pleasure to deal with the Company, even better now that I can order online

Excellent customer service from all levels-the office to the delivery drivers.
I always use Broadlands for the ease of ordering and when I have run out before they have given me a reasonable turn around time for the oil delivery.
Can’t fault them.
Jo is super friendly and swift with any queries I have.
Keep up the fab work!!
