Awful service
Awful service, they do not communicate with the delivery company well. They miss delivery dates, you don't get what you paid for. I ordered assembly and that order was not passed to the delivery team so they left my bed unpacked and in pieces. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
After a month the bed hasn't been assembled. I contacted British Bed Company and they never delivered missing pieces and never sent the assembly team.
The bed also got delivered in dirty boxes, the delivery team has damaged the carpet. The bed also is dirty, see the photos.

Great quality products at a great…
Great quality products at a great price. Had a problem with the delivery of a headboard but they sorted it out straight away and it arrived 2 days later. Customer service answer the phone straight away. Would recommend.

Single Ottoman with floor standing headboard and mattress.
Third time using this company. Needed a single bed for a parent moving into a care home. As previously an excellent service from start to finish, telephone call to confirm order in detail, delivered within the time frame, good communication. Good quality and is perfect for what we wanted.

Ordered a floor standing headboard which was reasonable priced, received a telephone call a few days later to arrange delivery. On day of delivery received a call advising of exact time of delivery. Excellent good quality headboard

No issues as described
Delivered on time per email no issues , beds good quality for price paid. Only issue we have is with it being an ottoman bed needs weighting down otherwise opens on its own.

Eleanor End Lift bed base
We’re previous customers so happy to return. This order was for an end lift bed base so a little more complicated than previous orders.
Received all notifications in a timely manner and order was delivered on time. Item was exactly as expected. The only reason that we haven’t given 5 stars is because the on line instructions for making up the base caused confusion and necessitated calls to customer service. They need updating and /or customers need the video that we were subsequently sent. This was extremely helpful. One of the legs also arrived smashed but more were sent out quickly so easily resolved.
Otherwise really happy.
