Very pleased.
Very pleased ,we bought a bed base from them, pleased with the colour of the base , we opted for a more expensive material which looks like a soft brown suede colour. All was straightforward but we had a problem which wasn’t their fault but on ringing ,the staff worked diligently on our behalf , and it’s been resolved free of charge. Really pleased.

I can honestly say that this company…
I can honestly say that this company provided me with excellent customer service.
I purchased a kingsize divan some three years ago, I moved home and sadly one of the Shepherd's castors came off and was lost during the move (this was due to removal person rather than quality of bed base).
I called British Beds a couple of weeks ago and advised that I now had a lopsided bed, they very kindly sent me 2 replacement castors with fixtures at no cost and this arrived before timeline needed.
A really great service from a company, whom in my opinion, is still operating with high standards. My experience with them has been faultless so I can highly recommend them.
Thank you to Sam & Adam both of whom made sure the castors would arrive in time!

Bed base
The low bed base is great, and just the right height for me. It is now so much easier to get into and out of bed without worrying about the risk of falling .

Corners not 100% clean.
The beds are fine, only gave 4 stars as some of the edges (corners) could have been cleaner. They had been packed like that.

Good service
Good service, straight forward easy to deal with team, got what I wanted as expected. What I would say is that the finished product was far nicer than I was expecting and the service was refreshingly good. Kept me up to date with everything, easily reachable via calls and team have a personal touch, very rare to see these days. Very impressed and pleased with my choice.

Got my bed base from here and they even assembled my bed.
The colours they have are so good! A lot of the colours are exclusive to them which I really like.
I couldn’t find these colours anywhere else!

Awful service
Awful service, they do not communicate with the delivery company well. They miss delivery dates, you don't get what you paid for. I ordered assembly and that order was not passed to the delivery team so they left my bed unpacked and in pieces. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
After a month the bed hasn't been assembled. I contacted British Bed Company and they never delivered missing pieces and never sent the assembly team.
The bed also got delivered in dirty boxes, the delivery team has damaged the carpet. The bed also is dirty, see the photos.
