I was coerced by a Harley in to getting two reports off these it’s a total scam he even went into messaging me 45 mins before arranged time to see car to say on is way then after no show he then messaged a long message about wife in serious accident, can’t believe I fell for it but was hoping to move car on quick at the time
I was directed to British AutoRecords by a potential buyer of my car calling himself 'Benedict' after I advertised it on Autotrader. Needless to say, after being coerced by him into buying two reports from this company he failed to show up for the viewing and disappeared. I challenged British Auto Records about this who denied any involvement in this 'scam' and threatened me with legal action if i posted anything bad about them. Enough said!!!!!!
Total scam site targeting vehicle sellers on gumtree and ebay etc. Report as fraud if you get asked to validate a vehicle history on their fishing site.
A certain Finley on gumtree insisted I used this specific website for a vehicle history report. It sounded really suspicious now that I think to the entire chat.
Please be careful!
