From the first telephone call, they were efficient, understanding, knowledgeable and couldn't have been more engaging. The move was arranged without a hitch to the absolute second. Dean and Mark R worked so hard all day. They were careful with my things, charming and efficient, no job was too big or too small for them. I couldn't have had a better experience. I have moved a lot in my life and Britannia were by far the best removal company I've had and I thoroughly recommend Brittania to anyone who has the onerous task of moving house These people will make your life so much easier.

I’ve been using them for 3 years now, and the experience has been consistently spot on from day one.

A massive thank you to Becca and Georgina – they’ve both done a fantastic job throughout. Always professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, they go above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free.

The site is well run, clean, and organised, and you can tell they really care about their customers. It’s rare to find service this consistent over such a long time, which says a lot.

We’ve just completed our third move with Britannia Beckwith, the first was over 25 years ago for my mum, and once again, they delivered an outstanding service.

A huge thank you to the removals team — Mark C, Alek, and James — who handled everything yesterday with professionalism, efficiency, and real care. They made what could have been a stressful day feel completely smooth and under control.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Becca Clark for managing our storage so expertly over the past few months. Knowing our belongings were in such safe hands made a big difference and really helped take the stress out of the whole moving process.

Monkeys running the automated asyl.
Don't store with these clowns. The automatic and automated system is soo flawed with access being utterly shocking and constant breakdown of gates. Being locked in here and the staff don't care.

Friendly and efficient team. Paul P, Ant, Wes and Lee M worked tirelessly, were careful with our belongings and always happy no matter the job.

Fantastic 3 man team Bob,Kev and Dean. Without the help from these guys my move would never have happened. They were so helpful and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot express how grateful I am.

From my initial telephone contact, quote and survey report to the packing and removal process, the Britannia Beckwith Team has been professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. My move involved a split international move to two different European destinations. Ollie, Dan W and Ant worked tirelessly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were courteous and polite. While Tina, back in the office, was amazingly helpful with the complexity of all the customs paperwork.

The Britannia Beckwith team made our move as straightforward as it could be. They were professional, polite, tidy and efficient which we were very much grateful for on what could have been a stressful day. Thank you James H, Lee M, Dean H and Mark R for your excellent teamwork and friendly manner.

The chaps who came to collect my household goods James and Peter are the real deal-what an asset to the company! They both were super friendly, polite, careful and knowledgeable in their work. I urge Brittania-Beckworth management to recognise these two exceptional individuals in some way.

Great Service from initial contact through to removals and delivery. Jimmy, James, Taff & Will from Newhaven were very polite, professional and extremely speedy. There was no fuss and it was all made to feel a very easy process. Much thanks to Britannia and the four guys.

This removal company have provided an excellent service from instruction to delivery at the new property. Although they were given less than 24 hours notice , they were able to arrange somebody to pack to provide the full packing service and then the next working day a crew of 3 (Rob Walters, Rob Auwkiz and Thomas Healy) moved all of the contents from a first floor flat with restricted access and parking to the new property before 3 pm. Based upon our experience we will use this company again for the next move in the future.

We had a great team Rob W, Paul P, Jimmy, Mark C and Lee. They did an excellent job for us. Unflappable, capable and helpful they worked hard to make the move as smooth as possible and going out of their way to make it all work. Thanks so much would definitely use you again.

We had a very complex move from UK to Poland, the team at Britannia Beckwith did a great job to transit the entire contents of our house. The drivers (Mark V and Lee B) were really friendly and worked hard to stick to the schedule. They encountered difficulties at the border, especially in France but they have the experience to stay calm amd emsure the customers load was transfered. For the record they were held up for 30 hours at Calais but still had the energy to drive another 1000kn. Great job!

Paul P, Mark C and Rob moved us on 6th March. All three gentlemen worked tirelessly, with care and consideration. Both houses were 16th century with low ceilings and difficult access but they did not complain. By the time they finished, it was dark and raining but they didn’t miss a beat, carrying an upright piano through the garden, down a slippery slope into our living room. Lovely blokes. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks for making a stressful day easy.

Rob W and Alek were amazing throughout our move and were extremely calm and handled all our belongings with care. We were very impressed with them both. I would definitely recommend this company in the future.

Rob W and Jimmy H were great. Turned up on time as promised and carried out the unloading of our belongings with care and attention. A real credit to their attitude and understanding in carrying out the task. Would have no trouble in using them again or recommend them to others.
