Archie was incredibly helpful, provided all the information we needed and ensured that we had the space and time to make the decisions we needed to make.

From the moment we arrived at the showroom Archie the sales manager and Stuart his colleague made us feel at ease and most welcome. We were left on our own to look around at the cars which were of interest to us. Stuart accompanied myself on the test drive. BRILLIANT. Lots of useful advice was given and his knowledge was second to none. On the sales Archie was very approachable and extremely helpful. I could say much more but suffice to say I would highly recommend a visit to anyone thinking about a purchase. A warm friendly atmosphere with absolutely no pressure to buy on the spot. I would give 6 stars 🌟. Five ain't enough. Thank-you to ALL the team.

Thank you Russell and all at Britannia Motors! We visited Britannia Motors for a browse after seeing a car I liked on their website. Both myself and my husband were very impressed with the professional, friendly, non-pushy sales person. We were allowed to browse without being watched over and test drive process was quick and easy. Needless to say, we bought the car and picked it all sparkling clean 2 days later. We had a fair part-exchanged price for my old car and the new car was priced sensibly so no need to quibble over prices. We dealt with Russell who was so genuine and lovely. We will be back when it is time to change the husband's car!

Went to Brittania Motor Company for the first time yesterday and my husband and I were very impressed and pleased with the service they provided. The Sales Rep, Archie, was very welcoming and he gave us great assistance with buying our new car including giving me a fair price for my old car and he arranged the tax and gave us 5 days free insurance on my new car so that I could drive away my car the same day.
I would definitely recommend Brittania Motor Company to family and friends.

Great communication and information from Russell throughout the process. Travelled all the way from Glasgow to pickup the car and Russell picked me up from the station on his day off. Great car and great service.

Bought a lovely vauxhall astra from here last week, the buying experience was fantastic Keith and his staff couldn't have been more courteous, friendly and helpful.
I had a small issue today when one of the radiator pipes blew, I rang Britannia and within half an hour they had sent Steve out to collect it for repair and loaned me another car in the meantime.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I have bought a few cars from Britannia and each time the service has been excellent, which is why I always go back.
Russell Stoneman was very helpful in assisting myself and my partner today as we were deciding between 2 vehicles. Nothing was too much trouble for him even at times when I have enquired about a vehicle but not bought it in the end. Always happy to help and will gladly use again in the future. Highly recommend 😊

A little problem with a perfect ending.
We picked up our new to us car from the garage and after about 10 days it had a little issue we had the AA come and pick her up and recover us home and the following morning, I spoke to Russell he asked a few questions and then said let me speak to the man who can. An hour later they had a solution I could bring it to them or take it to some one I knew. Well let’s be honest I thought I’d rather you deal with it and we agreed for it to be sent back. Well 4 days later because of the bank holiday Russell calls me a little after 10 and says yes we have found the problem, yes we have ordered parts and they will be here tomorrow perfect I said. The following day Russell called me said I’ve test driven your car I’ve washed and hovered it and it’s here waiting for you.
I said let me do the school run and I’ll be there maybe by 1830 he said I’ll stay behind and wait for you. Arrived on time car was perfect Mrs is happy and we are home. The services from Russell & Britannia has been 2nd to none thanks for everything.

Called into Britania motor company Langstone after I spotted a vehicle that I was interested in on their website on Thursday 19 of May 2022.
The following day i went to the dealers garage where i was greeted by Justin, he was very well mannered, polite and very helpful. He asked me which vehicle I was interested in so I told him, he said that 2 other people was interested in purchasing it, I said I was also interested in purchasing that particular vehicle, I told Justin I wanted to part ex my current vehicle and cash upfront for the deposit the rest on finance.
The finance was arranged and accepted by the same company I used previously that very day.
I asked if they could deliver it on Sunday to which he replied yes of course.
I arranged everything the tax and insurance was put in place ready to take delivery on Sunday 22nd but I couldn't wait 2 days I had to have it on the Saturday, I phoned and spoke to Justin I said I would like to come and pick the vehicle up, he replied no problem just give me 1 hour or so to wash and hoover your new vehicle before you come to collect it.
Well what can i say, i can not fault them or say a bad word about this company or the staff everyone made me feel welcomed Justin especially he bent over backwards to get everything sorted for me I cannot fault the man, as I previously mentioned he was very well mannered, courteous, polite and more.
So when it comes time for me to get my wife a car I will be going back to Britania motor company without any hesitation.
I highly recommend this car garage, their level of service was exemplary and their service was excellent and second to none.
I was very impressed and pleased with the level of service I received, including the aftersales service.

I emailed my interest in the car at 1am in the morning. Just after 10am, 1 June, Russell called me. Friday 3rd June, I drove to Newport and drove my new car home.

I don’t like to rush, I like to ask a lot of questions, and take my time. Russell gave me space to do all that. In fact, I could only make bank holiday Friday, which was Russell’s day off. However, Russell came to work on his day off.

Russell and the team made me feel very welcome and were not pushy. Justin, helped me connect my phone to Bluetooth, helped with tax forms and made sure I was ok before I drove off.

Thank you all at Britannia for your care and attention. I will be highly recommending you and when I am ready for my next car I know where to come.
