What a delight to buy from Russel S. We had a friendly and helpful experience with no pushing us to buy. I would go back again when we need to change our car in the future.

Russell Stoneman was really helpful and made the purchase of my car a smooth hassle free experience, sorting everything out for me so once paid for I was able to just drive away my car. I would recommended due to service and a nice selection of cars to choose from.

Archie was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was professional, friendly, warm and made everything so easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and his company. He really did go over and beyond!

I bought my car without having to visit the garage, Shane was very helpful and informative, including a video tour of the car.he also assisted with financing it and delivered the car himself.there was an issue with the aircon which could not be resolved locally so Shane collected the car in exchange for a courtesy car, and I got it back with repaired aircon system in a week, clean and with fuel topped up.it was a pleasure dealing with this company and Shane in particular.thankyou!

Very friendly service. Was not pushy at all and felt like I got a very reasonable deal with a part exchange. We were able to test drive the car and the process for buying was very straight forward. Ended up driving away the same day and haven't had any problems thus far. Extremely happy with the car and would happily use Britannia again if I needed to.

From the initial text noting interest in the car to it sitting on our drive, having been delivered from 400 miles away, has been faultless and completed in less than 72hrs. I took the slightly uncomfortable decision to buy a car without seeing it in person beforehand. The good news was everything was exactly as listed and the car was exactly as described. Russel S was brilliant throughout. He was honest (including sticking the the indicative trade in price on my old car) and communication was excellent. First class transaction from beginning to end. Purchased my car on line as was unable to get there in person. My contact was Russell S who was excellent, professional, patient, good humoured and very informative. He ‘walked’ me round then vehicle, clarifying any query I had regarding condition. I just purchased a car from Britannia and even though it was done completely online, the process was really seamless and efficient. Russell was extremely helpful, professional and genuine, as well as providing really good communication throughout. He also went the extra mile when sending videos/pictures of the car which made the decision process a lot easier from my perspective. Having also arranged delivery, my new car arrived in exactly the condition described. I've only had it a week, but it seems to drive really well and is mechanically sound. It was the first time I'd purchased a car 100% online and I wouldn't hesitate doing this with Britannia again!

I found buying from Britannia Motor Company a genuinely positive experience. Russell Stoneman was helpful, friendly and efficient. This company was recommended to me by my son , who was also impressed with them.

I called and discussed details of the car and part exchange option, sent pics of my car for valuation. Got a call back within half an hour with price offer for my car - maybe not what I hoped but probably much better then everywhere else.
Took me 2h to get there, got nice cup of coffee on arrival, had a look at the car, done all paper work and was back on the road within half an hour.
