Didn’t honour discount voucher
Masks are good but company failed to honour a discount voucher sent after my previous order, claiming that it had expired but they never informed me of an expiry date.

Great delivery
Great delivery. Just disappointed that this lot of masks have ear elastic which comes off the masks as you put them on. Three on a row 4th one fine.
Bristol Masks have been very good and offer replacements.

Quality in a disposable mask
Delighted with my purchase. The 4 layer masks fit well and are soft and comfortable to wear. No foggy glasses or feeling stifled as with so many others - even with wearing for more than 4 hours in a hospital A&E! Delighted that these are British made and not another import. Ordering and payment process easy and items delivered as expected. Bristol Mask make a super product and are a pleasure to do business with.
